Our family really enjoys going to PJ Whelihan’s in Broomall! The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and the staff are so friendly and attentive. The food is consistently great! the wings are some of the best we’ve had, and the kids love their meals too. It’s a comfortable place where we can relax, have a good meal, and enjoy time together. Everything is clean, well-organized, and the service is fast even when it’s busy. We’re always happy to come back, highly recommend this spot for families or anyone looking for a casual, friendly restaurant with great food!

The food menu was pretty basic, I expected more of a variety from such a large sports bar/restaurant/pub.
The grilled shrimp…on the shrimp tacos were good, other than that…it just contained a lot of bland filler.
The drink menu was great, but the drinks barely had any alcohol in them. I got 2 drinks to test it out thinking maybe it was just the first drink but no; the verdict was the same.
I had a Sunset drink with Rum and a Margarita with Tequila and left the restaurant without any buzz at all. The drinks were too sweet. Way too much mixer, and not enough liquor. I shouldn’t have to pay extra for shots to go into my mixed drink.
The service and atmosphere is great, plenty of big screen tv’s for any games you wanna watch. The bartenders were very friendly and attentive. I just wish the food and drinks were better.

Our server Katherine was phenomenal! Such a great person. Not over bearing . Very talkative , smiled and thanked us for coming in. You do not see this all the time in our young people anymore. I am sure glad we did tonight. Katherine I hope you see this ….you my friend are phenomenal.

This place is a great spot to eat. The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious, especially the wings. However, I’ve had a couple of issues with the takeout service. Twice now, when I’ve specifically ordered “flats only” wings for takeout, I’ve received a mix of drums and flats. The latest incident happened tonight when my wife ordered ten wings, flat only, but we only received five drums and four flats. We didn’t even get the full amount of wings. I understand that they might not have enough flats to fulfill the order, but it would be better to inform us in such cases. Overall, I still enjoy the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant.

First time here and we were really impressed. The staff were friendly and our food was fresh. I love going to restaurants where your food is made to order. Our waiter (Alvin), was great as well. He went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. We’d definitely be back!

I had a fantastic experience at P.J. Whelihan’s in Lawrence Park today! The atmosphere is lively and perfect for watching sports, with plenty of TVs and a great selection of draft beers. The service was friendly and attentive, making sure our drinks were always full and our food came out hot and fresh.
It was the first time we’ve been to this place but when my kiddos entered, they were all happy and said Wow!!!! This place is amazing! We tried their burgers and fries, which were equally delicious. It sounds that their wings are top-notch, would like to order next time. Whether you’re coming for happy hour, a casual dinner, or to catch a game, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend!

We were seated promptly and just in time for Happy Hour. Our wing special arrived minutes after ordering – yum! Destiny was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our meal. She was a great server and made it an enjoyable evening out. Food was good. Atmosphere is what you would expect for a sports bar (just a little loud). Overall a good experience.

I had a great meal and experience here. Nothing too crazy different than what you would expect, as it was a good positive experience with your normal american food. Katherine made the meal great. She was consistent with our drinks, brought out all of our special modifications with sauces and different things we wanted changed with a smile. She was great. Would recommend!!
