I was pleasantly surprised by this particular location. Typically, my experiences with Wendy’s have been less than ideal, perhaps due to staff burnout from long tenure. However, despite the busy lines at this establishment, I received my lunch in a timely manner, allowing me to enjoy a portion of it within my break. I especially appreciate the chicken tenders with fries and a large drink. The staff demonstrated friendliness, and it was evident that the food was prepared fresh upon order.

Where can I start? Ordered ahead and did mobile order. One of the double stacks were supposed to be plain but instead got a single burger with bacon and cheese and mayo and onion. Also ordered three frosties and received two. When I asked about the third he said I’m out of ice cream. So I asked what it would substituted for…..and got completely ignored and eventually received the third one. Also ordered a large Diet Coke, Dr Pepper, sprite, and strawberry lemonade. Received three drinks, large diet, a mello yellow, and Coke. When I asked about the mix up the response I received was we are out of Dr Pepper and sprite so I gave you the others. Ummmm excuse me?
Easy to say I won’t be back.

Most of the time they’re pretty good. There a person who works there, usually at night who has a great attitude and they’re efficient. In the morning is completely different. There’s a woman who just has an attitude like she don’t want to be there and don’t care about you. Tell me how I’m one of 2 people in line and I order nuggets and get a whole hamburger ♀️Couldn’t even get through to anyone on the phone to ask for a refund.

Came in for dinner, almost all the tables were dirty, even do the restaurant was empty. Ordered a double combo, after taking my food to the table, noticed the fries were not fresh, seat down to wait for the fries, open my burger and noticed there was no lettuce in my burger, manager told me they were out of lettuce, I told her this was the second day in a row that I received a burger without lettuce, she assumed that it was ok no to tell me! After that she offered to use some lettuce from their salads, after I started eating my burger I noticed decomposed lettuce inside my sandwich, I that point I lost my appetite, showed to the assistant manager, he realized that was not the quality that a customer should expect, he apologized and offered a replacement, it was too late, I will not return again to that restaurant as long as that woman is working there

I did not get their names but the manager and black woman that worked the front today, absolutely amazing! Good energy, kind, and exceptional customer service. I had my hands full with my infant son and the manager consistently made sure I didn’t need help taking my order or getting the door on the way out. The food was accurate, came out very quickly, and it was fresh. This location has done a 360. Staff like this is hard to find.

By far the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to and I’m from a ohio so that’s bad. There wets several workers but was moving so slow once getting to the drive thru I had to wait literally 12 min to place my order then took about 7 min at the window to get my food they were only doing one car at a time so they wouldn’t take next order until the other car was all done and leaving with their food not very professional at all and they seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing I will NEVER go back to this location and if yoye on break or heading to work I would recommend going somewhere else since they take so long it’s definitely not fast food

Ryan was awesome! He gave some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. He was friendly, quick, and made sure my order was perfect. You can tell he really cares about his job and the customers. It’s not often you meet someone who brings that kind of positive energy to fast food, but Ryan definitely does. Keep up the great work — Wendy’s is lucky to have him!

2nd time iv come through. Remembering why i quit eating it. Hard stale bread. Top and bottom buns. Busted fries. Busted bacon. All aroud not good. I got 2 jrbacons and a small fry. For 11 something? And i get that? I literally just threw my money out of my wi dow because i cant eat this. Noone wants a hard stale bun. Whoever made it. You are the real mvp. Cause uou grabbed the bun. Knew it wasnt good and still made it. So keep that up. I also didnt get a recipe or i absolutely woulda came back.

We ordered on the app prior to arrival. We still had to wait 15 min and be pulled up. When the food arrived the fries were cold but the burger patty was like ice. Its ok to wait for fresh food but not for cold food.

one of the workers in the drive thru decided to do a random act of kindness the other day for me & i just wanted to say how much i appreciated it! it was actually my birthday (they had no idea), & it was so rough bc EVERYTHING was going wrong & i felt like the day was just a waste. but then i go here & they paid for my coffee & made it SO good. definitely lifted my spirits. it’s the little things that make such a big difference
