I ordered a burrito beef supreme and order of Nacho chips with cheese. She asked me what kind of flavor hot sauce. I wanted, I told her hot, so when I looked into the bag after she threw it at me, my nachos were everywhere. They wouldn’t even in the proper bag. I did not receive any hot sauce. It’s like hurry up and get out of there. Well, the service was terrible. I don’t like to be rushed.

People who works here can’t even make order right. Even if you tell them to make sure about nacho shell. This happened twice and back to back. Literally day after day. Never going back here. They don’t even put tomatoes in tacos (I guess shortage). They play with people’s order And here I’m writing this review. Quick update I just went back and I think they where expect for me. They recognize me from parking lot, so I think they did it on purpose. But anyways I was trying to show the manager what was wrong with the order but manager couldn’t even figure. So it not the people, it’s the management. Manager tried to make up for it with CINNAMON TWIST
She was lucky that she was Indian, I was so pissed. I had to control my ahhhh

It was pretty much what I expect when I get taco bell. No gut bombs for a change. Food was good. Tacos were a bit inconsistently assembled and I received the wrong drink. Just rolled on and ate it all.

I prefer to mobile order and to get my burritos grilled, but majority of the time when I make the request it’s ignored at this location. Drive thru will get it right during the day, but dinner/night shift is a no go. It’s been a few months since an order was correct, and it’s pulling teeth to get an employee to acknowledge you’re in the store.

The only way you can have human service is in the drive through. If you go in to eat and want anything at all they will totally ignore you. I mean they will look right at you and pretend they are so busy! Worst service ever!! Will not go back. Many people in the area have had same experience. This is why these restaurants up that way don’t last.

They won’t take your order at the register and make you use the kiosk, self serve soda machines out of order and they served flat soda. Cup was dirty! Condiments were filthy! Tried to get hand sanitizer from the dispenser and it was empty. You can tell it’s not managed well. Definitely one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have been to.

Positives: Food was good for Taco Bell. Restaurant was clean. When I did interact with staff they were polite.
Dislikes: Though I never do the self-order kiosk thing, my daughter did. It seemed like there wasn’t any other option.. No one greeted or interacted with us until food was handed to us.
I ordered the $7 box, and selected a soft taco instead of the regular crunchy taco … but I got a crunchy taco.
Business was slow, but there were only 2 employees working. One was working drive-thru (and on here phone) and the other was preparing orders. Girl on here phone never looked up or acknowledged us once.

AWFUL customer service from the new white girl they have. I work In town and often visit this Taco Bell, never had this awful of an experience and today was the second time this new girl has shoved my food in my face and slammed the window as fast as she could. As often as I visit here, I know she’s new, and I’m surprised she’s lasted this long. She’s got to go. Other than that, my food was great!
