I began researching and making pizza after moving out west from Chicago. Premium Wisconsin Mozzarella, separate thin and deep dish dough recipes prepared daily, and a third generation sausage purveyor from Chicago—the same sausage maker that supplied the pizzerias that made Chicago pizza famous—are just a few of the examples of my commitment to quality and authenticity.
When I opened the first Chicago Fire, I created recipes based on how great they taste, not how much time they take to prepare. It turns out, people enjoy socializing when dining out and appreciate having a little more “table time” to relax, not to mention the anticipation of that hot, crispy, buffalo wing or the cheesy, flaky, deep dish pizza made to order!

The ingredients are fundamentally fresh, and the deep-dish pizza feels truly substantial.
Other than that, it’s a typical American restaurant.
It’s not exactly cheap, but when you consider the chic Chicago-style interior, the fresh ingredients, and the generous portions, it doesn’t feel that expensive after all.

This place has really good food. It’s not too expensive, but not too cheap either. The deep dish pizza is very filling. Takes a while to get it they tell you that so don’t go if ya wanna eat right away. I got the garlic beef dip and with the waiter’s recommendation I added the giardinara peppers. It was fire!!!! I highly recommend. The fries weren’t good, but you don’t come here for fries.

They changed the tomatoes on the traditional pizza! Now they have halves of cherry tomatoes, not what I like but maybe that’s just me.
Overall we love the food but am disappointed with this change. Take out can be slow (takes longer than they say it will when you order). Been ordering here for years and will continue to do so despite the tomatoes.

We had a wonderful experience at Chicago Fire, thanks especially to our server, Kenzy. When something wasn’t quite right with our food at first, Kenzy and her manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected and that our entire experience was perfect.
Kenzy checked on us often without being intrusive, offered great menu suggestions, and was genuinely friendly and attentive. Her professionalism and care truly stood out and made us feel valued as guests.
Because of the exceptional service we received, we will absolutely be returning. A+ service all around!

Service was terrible, pizza came with a dent, manager made it right and made us another pizza but it was almost 2 hours of sitting around.
Server didn’t refill water, friend had to ask multiple times for cutlery(which was also only given to him by the manager)
Tipped 0$ and I didn’t feel particularly bad about it
Would not come back, go to a different Chicago fire(this was a slow day by the way, not busy. They had no excuse)

Great atmosphere, the food was fantastic and the service was great. Haven’t been to Chicago fire in a long time and it is still fantastic.

Fun atmosphere at the bar. I ordered the Traditional Deep dish. The crust was delicious but way too much garlic in the sauce. It had to be an oversight. I’ll have to go back and try it again. Great service and drinks!

Chicago Fire has delicious pizza. This was the first time we went to the one in Folsom. If you haven’t been to this location just note that you can’t just pull up to the building and park like you can at the Roseville location. The closest parking spaces are about a block down or in a parking garage. Its not ideal for folks who have mobility impairments. Aside from that, the deep dish pizza is delicious. I love the veggie wings and cheese bread. The service was great. There is outdoor seating, which I am always thrilled to see.

It’s Saturday night dinner (4/22) with the family. Pizza sounded good so we packed up and headed on our. Never been to this place before but have driven by many times and have always wanted to check the place out. Didn’t have to wait long; we were seated within 10 minutes upon arrival. Our server was tentative but not overwhelming which is always good. Took our order promptly and the food came out within about 15-20 minutes, all served hot straight from the kitchen. The presentation was good and the taste was also good. In comparison to other pizza parlors we’ve been to, I would give the food about 4/5 stars. The restaurant presentation and cleanliness is an exceptional 5/5. The staff courtesy is also a 5/5. Over all I would give this place about a 4.5/5. Google only offers whole star rating. Would I return, probably but if given other pizzeria options, would probably go elsewhere first.

We were short on time so the waiter said don’t get the deep dish. So the group I was with ordered the thin crust. I don’t like Chicago thin crust (I do like deep dish or NY pizza) so I got the Chicken Parmesan. The group liked the pizza and I liked the chicken. The pasta texture was a little off but good overall.
