Couldn’t even get drink orders right (this was part of a larger order). Do better.!!
When I pulled up to order, I was greeted in a harsh and unwelcoming tone. It immediately felt like my presence was an inconvenience. Customer service sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately, this interaction started off negatively.
When I got to the window, the situation became even more uncomfortable. The employee said nothing and simply held the card reader outside the window without any greeting or communication. After handing me my food, he slammed the window shut without saying a word and walked away.
There was no courtesy, no basic professionalism, and no acknowledgment. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect. I hope management addresses this, because no one should feel unwelcome for simply placing an order.
