McDonald’s never disappoints! The food was fresh, hot, and came out super fast. The best part was the amazing customer service from Keniya, she was friendly, patient, and made sure my order was perfect, and she gave me extra sauce. It’s always nice to see someone who genuinely cares about their job. Definitely coming back!!!

I ordered 3 double qtr pounder.
And when I opened the bag at home. This is what i got. Both sidees of the burger had only bottom part of the buns. And patty was like shoved inside it. Dissapointment.

This McDonald’s is horrible it doesn’t take rocket scientist to work there. The employees are always rude talking and playing around. I told the lady at the first window I wanted to pay a certain amount cash and the the remaining amount with card. She swiped my card and told me the whole amount went through which I knew it would. Then tried to tell me she had to swipe the card first then do the cash clearly she didn’t know what she was doing. I’ve paid plenty of times before where I paid a certain amount cash then the balance on card. The guy at the second window had my pops leaning which was spilling over and goes to hand me them as is. So I asked for napkins to wipe them down before bringing them in my vehicle. Two out of 5 pops the lids weren’t even closed properly which made the pop spill on me. Then to top it off they were missing some items so I had to say something. Then I’m the bad guy because they can’t do their job correctly it’s not that hard to listen to an order put it in correctly so it gets made correctly and to double check before handing it out. They need to stop hiring people who are going to dig their business in the ground won’t be going to this McDonald’s ever again.

I ordered through door dash, my order was incomplete. I called to let them know and they put me on hold. I’ve been on hold for 27mins and counting. And on the background you can hear employees joking, laughing and just having fun. Customer service is nothing like before I’ve noticed that over the years the service has gone down the drain.

The wait time is too long for a thin burger and fries. somehow the kitchen is slow. I’m not sure why they gave me a puke up burger last time I was there..

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. There was only one car in front of me and all I ordered was a sweet tea. Took 20 mins. The Car in front of me looked like they were doing a drug exchange through the window. Once it was finally my turn to get my $2 order the guy didn’t even know what I had and I reminded him. Then a new guy comes up and asks and I explain again, “Large Sweet Tea easy ice” and he gives me a small cup with hella nice. I politely said I’m so sorry that was actually a large sweet tea easy ice and I’m not trying to make your job any harder. He literally shouts to all of his coworkers “Y’all she tryna make me make it from scratch and starts laughing.” He fills the large cup with Sweet Tea messily and adds so much ice. The cup is covered in Sweet Tea. My hands were sticky. He was so rude. Not an I’m sorry or Have a good day, nothing. If I would give negative stars I would.

I just can’t even put my words together to describe how painfully disgusting this place really is. The cleanliness of this place just turns you off from your food completely. Everything is just sticky and slimy it’s just gross. The teenage workers also let you know how badly they DONT want to service you it’s actually hilarious. 0/10 just don’t eat here for your own sake.
