I normally gets wings, but decided to try the spicy chicken dippers and I’m glad I did! They were delicious and with the Bdub’s sauce, absolute perfection. Also ordered the fried pickles with southwestern ranch, which is always our go to app and was amazing as always. Service was great!

Ordered carry out. Was promised at 7pm, came out at 7:45 after waiting at the restaurant for 40+ minutes. No updates, no managers in sight. Missed the drinks. Not sure what’s happening here but horrible service

As someone who hasn’t visited a B-Dubs in a long time due to typically poor service experiences, the Georgetown, KY location was a welcome surprise and a true standout.
The service here was excellent—quick, attentive, and efficient. Our server was on the ball, making sure drinks were handled promptly, which is key when you’re craving that sports bar experience. Speaking of drinks, the beer was ice cold, exactly as it should be. The food was equally impressive; all of our wings and sides arrived hot and fresh, and were truly delicious. This location completely overturns the old reputation of slow service and lukewarm food, proving that B-Dubs can, in fact, deliver a great, quick, and satisfying dining experience. Highly recommended if you’re in the Georgetown area.

I had a 11:30 pick up and got there at a 11:25, I asked employee if order was ready and she replied no ” still in process of being made. So that’s ok I’m a few mins early anyways. Then 11:45 rolls around I asked if my order was ready again an employee said he check. Needless to say another guy come out and said it’s been ready before I had even arrived. So I get my order and check it . The manger come out ROB because I thought I was missing something in which I was wrong.i admitted. Then I proceeded to tell him about I’ve been sitting there cause hostess told me my order was ready wasting my time letting my food get cold and drinks get watered down cause it supposedly wasn’t ready in which it was. I left at 11:50 with my food and ROB CUSSING me the manger .very poor customer service.. won’t go back to this restaurant in particular. On top that I ordered online, so that means I paid ahead of time and left over $10 tip . If I could take that back I most certainly work..Out of it all the food was good but customer service horrible. Rob needs to learn to show respect to his customers.

We were served by Becky this evening. I ordered for my family and after ordering, realized I was confused and had missed a current deal. I asked her if we could possibly be charged for the deal, as what we ordered fit the deal details. Without even having to give her more details or help her understand me, she came right back to the table with a corrected bill and the extra food to fit the deal. She was prompt, we had drink refills without asking, all of the food was correct and fresh – it was a relief and definitely enjoyable. Becky was so friendly and fast, it was like we were the only people there, and we were not. I couldn’t have been more grateful for her service after a long day. We only eat Buffalo Wild Wings a few times a year, but this location is normally our go to, and she definitely made tonight a great experience!

I placed an online order and arrived to pick it up, expecting it to be ready as indicated. Instead, I was told multiple times that it was “almost ready.” I waited between 20–30 minutes hearing the same response repeatedly. Finally, another staff member came out, asked for my name, and then questioned whether my order might be on the prepaid pickup rack. I explained that there had been nothing there when I arrived and that I had already been waiting for quite some time.

It was then discovered that someone had likely taken my order, and the staff would need to remake it. At that point, I was too frustrated to wait any longer. I had ordered takeout because I was tired after a long week and wanted a quick, easy dinner. Instead, I ended up spending over an hour waiting for food I had placed an order for an hour and a half earlier, not getting home until after 8 p.m.—well past the time I’d planned to relax and unwind.

To make matters worse, the only thing I was offered for my trouble was a free drink. After such a long and frustrating experience, that felt like a very minimal gesture.

This experience was extremely disappointing and unorganized. A better system needs to be in place to verify pickup orders and prevent this kind of mix-up. Communication, accountability, and customer service need serious improvement.

Ordered six wings and my husband ordered a burger. Within 15 minutes our food was out. I took one bite of my wings and yuck! The wings was slathered with sauce…the wings were cold and the sauce was cold. The only thing I could think is they made them ahead of time. It was awful. I explained that I wanted hot wings and cutback on the 29 oz. of sauce.
We will not returning back even though it is so close to the house.

March 2019 most recent visit, draft beer not that cold and just doesn’t taste too good at all…we ordered 2 large appetizers to split and the shrimp was horrible!!! Ultimate nachos were decent but nothing special at all and needed extra meat, the jalapenos were great though!!!

Just not good enough to get 5 stars but it’s a budub spot… Service just lacks consistency… Have more happy hour specials ( beer specials )

This is about the service that you’ve come to expect out of bw3s. Came to this location after calling and asking if I made the order online After experiencing multiple issues at another location that was over 30 miles away that if I came in would they be able to help, the kind gentleman told me that he would be able to help, what I was unfortunately unable to know is that they were not able to help. Gladly greeted by the manager to let us know that online orders are only to go and that we would not be able to eat our food at this location since we ordered online. Buffalo Wild Wings is actually a joke in 2025. I am 36 years old and Buffalo Wild Wings used to be the pristine wings place to go and eat, those days are long gone at every location anywhere near Kentucky Ohio or Indiana – I can guarantee that! I’ve also attached photos to show you how extremely slow the location is and they went out of their way to still not help the customers that are willing to pay in front of them. PATHETIC!

First I’d like to say that, there are too many 1 Stars reviews here with the same story line as compared to the 5 Stars; therefore, I believe the 4 and 5 Stars are just local Families and Friends trying to get their reviews higher than what they actually are.

I visited this place in March 2023 and rated them with 1 Star from the mediocre food and service (my wings were not fully cooked and the lack of customer service). I figured I’d give them another try and yep I’m still disappointed.

Today, I will rate them with another 1 Star. No greeting, no seating or no service. After waiting at the counter for a while, I decided to have a seat. The workers were just going along with their day not being concerned with the customers. This is probably an ok place for locals but not visitors.

To the owner, managers and staff, thank you for your lack of customer service. I will not be back but I’m sure if doesn’t matter to you because you did not realize that I took the time to do this review while sitting down at the table waiting.

And to top it off, I get the same standard copy and paste reply from the owner. SMH…
