Went to Chipotle for dinner and was VERY DISAPPOINTED. My meal cost 19.00 for steak bowl YUP 19.00 for 1 person to eat UMMM NO NOT THAT GOOD TOOOO EXPENSIVE. 2 the place was filthy NASTY CLEAN THIS PLACE UP. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you wanna pay 19.00 for a meal just for you AND if you like eating in a DIRTY RESTAURANT. There is no reason for this restaurant to look this nasty, there is enough employees and there was like only 4 other people eating. Not 1 clean table in the whole place i had to ask for someone to clean a table. The way this place looks they got to have cockroaches and or mice and workers saw it Noone bother cleaning sweeping floors nothing. I will NEVER step another foot up in this restaurant!!!

I received this not only wrong, but disgusting bowl about 30 minutes ago. The worker obviously was not paying attention and I live far from the location. Also this location is super dirty, like I feel dirty just being in there. Overall incredibly disappointing and I would suggest the Hudsonville location over this one ANY day if you want to feel like you’re purchasing from a sanitary place.

This store is always filthy and looks horrible. I don’t visit this location often be EVERY time i have come here every table is disgusting. All the tables have left over food bits all over the tables. The floor is atrocious. PILES of food ate left on the floor. Even the front counter is filthy! All of this while staff members just stand around.
The togo station is horrible. Like no one knows how to clean up after themselves.
They didn’t have all the ingredients when i visited last; no peppers/onions. I also saw that they do not FIFO. The meat, the beans and the salsa were all topped off without switching pans and FIFO-ing the food.
The bathrooms look as though someone cleaned them with hopes and dreams but no actual cleaning was done. Toilet paper on the floor, nothing in the holders.
The to-go and beverage stations are riddled with food bits and smeared with food.
Even the outside patio had piles of trash, filthy tables and zero attention.
I had thought that maybe there was a sudden rush that left this message but as I sat and watched the crowd ebb and flow, NOT ONE employee came around to clean anything. The person at the counter, maybe a shift lead, (male, about 5’3″, black hair and brown eyes) just stood there while others worked and he did NOTHING!
I wouldn’t be surprised if this location has gotten people sick with their poor food handling and lack of cleanliness!

Was a bit busy. Had about 5 people in front me to order. They have about 7 people working. The guy putting the orders together had to keep reaching behind him to get chicken as the lady was trying to cut it up. When came time to order, they had no white rice. They seem to be low on other items. The guy at register was just standing there like he had nothing to do until the next person was done ordering. He could have at least helped put orders together or get items they were low or out of. After paying, the drink station needed some serious cleanup. The service station needed some cleanup as well. There was hardly a clean table to sit and enjoy my food. There was trash overflowing and on the floor. Very slow service and seems like the employees had no care in the world how slow they were and how they kept the place. Doubt be eating here again. Feel very dirty. Never saw a manager to put my complaint to.

Dined in at the Grandville Chipotle for dinner. Service was good, food was good, but the lobby was filthy. Every table was dirty, napkins, food and garbage on the floor, all of the tea and lemonade beverages were empty, and the beverage area was filthy. I saw at least 6 employees working, no one came out any time while we sat and ate.

When we got there everything was covered in crumbs and was dirty and disgusting, it looked like food was thrown and splattered everywhere. No one was cleaning anything and the cash register area was gross, the kitchen was gross. We decided to eat outside and there was trash everywhere outside. There were chipotle bags in the bushes, cups everywhere, and just not maintained whatsoever. When I ate the food the steak was extremely salty, like it tasted gross. This sounds over the top but I’m not lying when I say there was a hair in my food. We decided it wasn’t worth it to stay so we left. After we left I felt sick and felt like throwing up. I think this chipotle made me sick. This chipotle has potential but no one’s taking it because no one makes an attempt to clean it or make it more sanitary.

I walked in and waited for 5 minutes before someone greeted me. 3 employees stared at me, looking like they were shocked to have a customer. Tried to charge me $2 for a cup of corn salsa as well.
