The Milkshake Factory was a great place to go after Primanti Bros. for dessert. They have a wide variety of milkshakes and chocolate bars to choose from, and they even have a non-dairy option for those with lactose intolerance, which we ended up getting. The milkshake was thick and sweet, and the chocolate bars were delicious! We brought some home and couldn’t stop eating them.

Stopped by on a freezing day for milkshakes 1/2/26. I loved my choice – Bananas Foster. My son got the Raspberries and Cream and my mom got the Chocolateir. I do believe we will be back frequently when visiting. I should have gotten the loyalty card. What was I thinking?!? 🙂

I absolutely loved the ambience of this place! I ordered the Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae, and I have just one word for it: love, love, love! It was absolutely divine. I’m already planning to visit this place multiple times to try out the rest of their milkshakes.
I also bought their handmade chocolate barks, and they were mind-blowing. The combination of delicious treats and a cozy atmosphere makes this place a must-visit.

I got the strawberries and cream molten chocolate cup and it was a letdown. The milkshakes looked delicious at least. Everything felt a overpriced but these kinds of places always are. Service was quick and the shop was nice inside.

My family was visiting Pittsburgh for Anthrocon and staying at a hotel in Downtown Pittsburgh. Family friends took us and the ice cream and milkshakes were amazing! They were open on the 4th of July when we went and handled the column of customers from both fireworks and furries with ease. The milkshakes are addictive. The shop is clean, well decorated and flows well.
I had the Cookie Jar milkshake and it was one of the best milkshakes I’ve ever had in my life.

Oh my…the milky buttery sweet smell of this place is irresistible.
We had to get some ice cream and milkshakes when we were passing by here.
Service was good, pretty fast, and we definitely noticed differences in the shakes when different staff were making them. Some are a lot more presentable than others
Price is on the high side, but it is for the fancier version of it.
Atmosphere is quiet and fairly clean, we did see stickiness on some of the tables. Since not all customers clean up well after themselves, the staff should be more attentive to this… just a suggestion.

First time here, and I loved it! Fun and warm atmosphere inside. Staff was courteous and friendly. And the shake (Peanut Butter Brownie) was out of this world! Will definitely be back again soon!

Excellent milkshakes and chocolate treats! The flavors and choices were delicious. I really enjoyed the Dubai chocolate square. Kinda expensive, but for a nice treat worth checking out. Kids loved it!
