This is the place to go for above average food and diverse selection of menu items. I’ve taken my kids who loved the treat and it’s also fun for a date or to bring a friend. There is usually some special or deal that makes it worth your time and let’s not forget the endless ice cream options!!! Definitely recommend a blizzard or banana split. Hot fudge sundaes are the best around and every topping you can imagine.

I just went thru drive thru in zhills. Got a small strawberry cheesecake blizzard. Whoever made it listened. It was the best thing I’ve ever eaten here. Thankyou it was worth it.❤️

There was no one else there but us. We came in for Blizzards, and did not disappoint! Tables were clean & front line service was fast & friendly. I got the seasonal pumpkin pie Blizzard, but it was not good, imho. She didn’t make it wrong or anything, it just wasn’t good. After three bites, I couldn’t. So I sheepishly asked if she could swap it out for something else, and she happily did so! Great service!

Dairy queen has great food and ice cream but I have to use door dash and they always get my order wrong. They forget my cheese burger or fries. The other day I ordered 2 OREO cookie BLIZZARD and when I got them it was plain ice-cream no OREO.
I don’t know why they can’t get order correct but the parts they do get right is very good.

I visit this store often, usually in the day when the service, food and employees are fantastic…. HOWEVER the night crew a COMPLETELY different story!!!
Just went to get a quick bite, ordered a $7 chicken strip meal. I asked as I always to for CRISPY FRIES. The worker Madison said okay, but didn’t type in my request. I paid my order and asked please tell the kitchen crispy fries. She didn’t, and I asked again. I get my drink and all the sudden my order is up. I said no way they crispy fries and her response was they are always crispy. I pull them out of the bag and sure enough the were barely warm and soggy, probably been sitting around a while. Then finally they made me Fresh Fries (they weren’t). At this point the night Mgr Jessica come over and I explain what’s going on and she said I need to order in advance for that request. Which is never a problem when I go into to order during the day shift. So she gives me her sour face look and couldn’t have cared less.
Absolutely horrible service and food. I’ll NEVER go back at night shift again.

I have gone to this location many times and so many of those times they don’t have the limited time blizzard that I wanted to try, I don’t know if it’s them or if it’s corporate not sending enough but I am done with DQ. If you’re going to do limited time items on your menu make sure you keep them in stock so people can actually get them

This Dairy Queen is clean and well-maintained. 95% of the workers are kind and do a good job. It gets busy in the winter when all the part-time residents descend on Zephyrhills but they always seem to staff this location appropriately. I like that the employees wear uniforms. Some of the Indian owned franchises hire sloppy looking employees and have dirty stores with trash in the parking lots. This is clearly NOT one of the bad locations. You can’t go wrong here.

We had coupons for BOGO blizzards any size and burger BOGO well all said and done I had 4 large blizzards and 2 burgers and it still cost me 36.76 so I see absolutely no BOGO the Blizzards were 7.99 so that should have been so total shoul have only been 22.97 plus tax so we were ripped off
