They need to train the personel better. I went to order 20 wings….I wanted them dry with the sauce on the side….she said i could trade the ranch for the hot honey mustard but not both. And when asked she looked very confused about how to do her job. Dont waste your time coming here, I won’t be back to incompetence that they show here. And all that was after she walked by us 3 times, talking to the drive thru person, before she asked if we wanted to order.

I would give a -0 if I could. I will never visit this place again. Today was the absolute last straw.
When we arrived, there were employees standing near the front door smoking, which is completely unacceptable for a food establishment. Even more concerning, those same employees went back inside without washing their hands, creating serious health and sanitation concerns.
The overall atmosphere was unprofessional, and most of the staff was rude, unfriendly, and dismissive, showing no interest in providing basic customer service. There was a clear lack of leadership and accountability.
The only positive part of this visit was the employee who took our order. He provided great service, was polite, and did his job professionally. Unfortunately, his effort was overshadowed by the poor behavior and lack of standards from the rest of the staff.
Between the hygiene issues, the rude attitudes, and the overall lack of professionalism, this location has completely lost my trust. I asked for our refund which sealed the deal of me or my family retuning. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Zaxby’s most of the time deliver great food and service.. Only one thing.. someone need to monitor or measure the amount of salt that goes on the buttered toast and chicken fingers.. Say the manager do a taste test once the mixture is switched out to make sure its not to much.. The food comes out hot consistently..

Whoever was working night shift on March 6th, 2026 was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I arrived about 20 minutes before closing, and there was only one car ahead of me. After about five minutes, I looked up and saw a Black girl—think she had glasses—just standing at the window, deep in a full-on convo with her friend in the car ahead, completely ignoring that I was waiting. Even her mom, who was parked across the drive-thru, tried to let her know there was a car behind, and she just responded with something like, “Yeah, I’ll get to it in a sec.” I only ordered a 3-piece nibbler and fries, but after waiting 10–15 minutes with no sense of urgency, I just pulled off. Her behavior was childish and completely unprofessional.

The food was cold and horrible!!!! I asked for a frozen lemonade and the young lady couldn’t get it to come out the regular way, so she proceeded without washing her hands, dipped my cup inside the frozen lemonade from the top. I was so disgusted!!!! The chicken tenders consistency taste fake. The cheese crubs were hard even though they were made over. I wouldn’t recommend eating here at all!!! I wasted $30 worth of food and still didn’t eat smh!!

Service was slow. Tenders were too salty and fries were cold. All for salad without bacon but was given with bacon. When I told the clerk helping she took the plate and asked someone in the kitchen to just remove the bacon bits from the top. I had to throw away the salad as I don’t eat bacon and couldn’t risk it. Clerk and service staff should be trained about allergies so they understand not too so these kinds of shortcuts. We frequently eat at Zaxby’s but this one happened to be on our way and we decided to stop expecting the same service and quality food. Would definitely think twice before coming here!

Nope…. Went through the drive thru ordered wings and things and a grilled signature sandwich meal. Drive home…. What we got was a packet with a buttered bun in it….. So now we drive all the way back stand in line another 15-20 min for them to remake the whole order. Which they took my receipt, they knew what I ordered. Finally was told sorry and handed another bag. It’s my fault I didn’t recheck it….. Got home and my hubby pulled out a squashed fried chicken sandwich with a pickle and what looked to be zax sauce on it…. I will drive to the next Zaxby’s next time. Will never come here again. It’s sad when you have a lobby full of people waiting for food OR they have the food and simply waiting for cups.the owner should be embarrassed that this is the way the store is ran…. Especially with Chick fila down the street? Take lessons.
