It’s a Taco Bell, not a Ruth’s Chris…
I’ve been to Taco Bell around the world. The facility is par for the course. Service was below par as most Taco Bells have gotten much better with customer service. Here they wouldn’t even make eye contact with me during our interaction.
Now as for the food. The part that’s supposed to make you look past the fact you’re eating at a fast food restaurant. 80% of it was good. The other 20% was as bad as you can get. Things like stray pieces lettuce in my cheesy roll ups (hot lettuce does not add to my experience of what was supposed to be a cheesy good one), Gordita crunch outer shell was ice cold, multiple drink options with no syrup and just carbonated water (no sign warning you), and to top it all off, my Grilled Cheese Burrito was charcoal. Like, add some starter fluid and throw it in the bottom of the grill, charcoal (picture for reference). I understand accidents, but I know they saw how bad it was. And they were either relying on the fact I won’t say anything, or they missed that it was a dine-in order. Either way, with the way customer service felt, I didn’t want to chance them messing with my food if I asked for another.
All in all, it’s a Taco Bell… But maybe just get a burger somewhere else if this is where you find yourself.

Sometimes this Tacobell is top notch, and I couldn’t complain it would deserve 4 almost 5 on the food.
Other times, accuracy, speed, availability are all huge issues.
To the point that I wish I’d have went somewhere else to eat, deserving 2-3 stars for not poisoning me.
The drive thru is of horrid design, as it gives you no other options to leave.
So, once you get up to the window and they don’t have pop, and they’re out of ground beef!!
You have no options but to proceed with some modified version of what you actually wanted.
And now All Taco Bells charge for any and all modification
If you don’t like a sauce and you simply want to swap it charged for adding sauce, but wait I didn’t add anything i exchanged it???
I’m not certain who decided that was realistic, or a few of the other recent changes to billing.
I love the $7 box it used to come with chips and cheese.
Now comes with twists.
If you’d like to swap those same thing in now being charged for adding chips and cheese.
Taco bell your only next step is charging people to remove topping…..

This taco bell on memorial drive is horrendous. It never fails that our order is wrong and not fresh…..especially after waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes…does management know what a horrible restaurant this is? I’ve called in and complained as well. Hopefully someone important will see this because I love taco bell and dont want to have to end our relationship .

The staff is friendly. However, I’ve never been here and not had to wait at least 20 min. The most upsetting part is I ordered and was charged for my extra sour cream on the side and there was a dab in each that didn’t even cover the bottom of the tiny cup. What the heck? The Fiesta potato bowls are good! I just wish you would get what you pay for. Not my favorite taco bell.

for the love of everything stop changing the menu every 5 days. y’all make it impossible to find something you like & to get it on the regular. you wait 30+ minutes in line just to get up to the window and hear “we don’t have that anymore” when you just had it. keep the caramel apple empanadas foreverrrr. no one wants a dough ball covered in cinnamon.

After a long day of in the sun working and not wanting to cook, I chose Taco Bell for dinner. I walked in, and the restaurant was completely empty. I ordered the cheesy gordita crunch box. When my name was called, I only received a cheesy gordita crunch no ther sides. I asked one of the five cooks where the rest of my meal was, and he said it was never put in the system and he couldn’t make any more food without it in the system. I didn’t wanna make a scene, so I ate my ten dollar cheesy gordita crunch. Went to wash my hands, absolutely appalled. When a restaurant sesting area and drive-through are empty… No bathroom should ever look like this:

Service here is terrible, the employees are terrible and rude, these people that work here hate you and don’t care, also can’t make food to save there life. My girlfriend went to get food for me and this is what they are capable of, destroyed ill made food. Told my girlfriend that they couldn’t make any chalupas or flathead, then don’t give her two things that she ordered. She walks in to politely ask for those items, then heard the same lady that told her that she couldn’t order those items, ” I need 3 wraps for chalupas”. Please close this location if you can’t find some decent people to operate this place
