I’m very disappointed with the service my fiance received at the drive-thru today at 11:59pm. The lady working the window tried to keep over nine dollars of his change without saying a word. That is extremely unprofessional and comes across as dishonest. Customers should be able to trust that they’re getting the correct change. We hope the management addresses this issue so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The employees were young children. I don’t want to dismiss that they did their job. If I hear use that app one more time I will cut my wife off from McDonald’s. I will never use that stupid app I would rather drown my cat. Not to mention they don’t even give you what you pay for over four dollars for a french fry and it’s halfway full? no I’m not gonna contact you. Go kick rocks.

This McDonald’s is absolutely horrible! Every time that I walk in here not a single employee acknowledges me. I could stand at the register for 10 minutes make eye contact with multiple employees and they will not even take a step in my direction. They stand there they talk and giggle with each other but they will not react to a customer whatsoever. I refuse to eat here the only reason why I am coming in is for doordash orders. Honestly, I feel bad for the customers that are ordering from here. DoorDash bags are sealed with stickers and you cannot verify that their order is correct. I delivered an order yesterday (2-4-26) and the customer called saying that the burger was missing! Are you kidding?! When I told McDonald’s that they had left my customers burger out of their order, they told me that it was DoorDash’s responsibility not theirs. Last time I checked DoorDash isn’t flipping burgers! It doesn’t matter what time of day you come in here you will not get good customer service. At best you’re going to get poor quality customer service. And for the owner that wants to just send a link instead of actually responding to these ratings and reviews, don’t even bother and waste your time! This McDonald’s is a disgrace! I’m going to let corporate know exactly how this McDonald’s is ran. This McDonald’s used to be owned by an individual not a corporate ran store. And if that is the case they need to lose the brand altogether! If you can’t run a fast food place correctly don’t do it at all! If you’re going to hire crappy workers like the chubby frizzy hair girl that works the register, you need to find a legit recruiter that can vet these applicants because if you keep hiring people that do not care about customers or their job you’re going to lose business. And, whenever you lose business, you won’t have a business.

We went to Mcdonalds for their Grinch meal, waited about 40 minutes in the drivethrough, they had a line that wrapped around the building completely. Got a grinch meal with a big mac, a happy meal with a cheeseburger, a spicy mcchicken bundle with a caramel frap, a extra order of grinch fries and another spicy mchicken by itself. When we got to the window we received a grinch meal and happy meal, That Was ALL. The lady over 40 with blonde hair was completely rude and disgusting talking to us, she said we had to go back around the line cause that is what we ordered. I told them we had gotten a caramel frap etc and the other employee next to her picked it up to show us but she continued being completely rude and saying too bad go back around the drive through and more where there was a ludacris line around the building. We ended up just going home and when we opened up the grinch meal it was chicken nuggets with sauces we never order.. not a big mac, and my toddlers happy meal was chicken nuggets.. not a cheeseburger like we ORDERED. THEY GAVE US SOMEONE ELSES DRIVETHROUGH ORDER. This was one of the worst services I have ever encountered in this state, absolutely horrific!!! What happened to this country’s great customer service, this lady was a disgrace to Mcdonalds! Out of the whole experience, the way this woman talked to us was the worst part. Completely repulsive. She did not have a sense of empathy or understanding. (December 3rd, 2025 around 8:30pm)

said they were “having trouble” with their frappe machine. tell me why i then saw the person in front of me receive a frappe. talk about lazy. the person through the drive thru headset couldn’t hear us, we were screaming our order before she rudely told us to pull around and order at the window.

Worst McDonald’s. Last experience, missing hashbrown (specifically ordered, not a meal even). 2nd to last experience, chicken nuggets covered in burnt crusty old oil chunks. Over the last 20 years, 75% of hashbrowns missing (?!!?!?!). 50% of sauces missing. Just over and over and over every single time.
I thought I was done after the burnt nasty nuggets but I gave them a breakfast chance and still with the missing hashbrowns. How has this not been corrected after so long.

It’s McDonald’s food. 3 times now we had to wait over 30 minutes for our food. Twice was inside and once was curbside. The curbside they lost my order and had to remake it. While inside they prioritize drive-through and forget the people inside. One inside they gave my food to someone else. They have the staff but no organization.

I’ll stop to here on September 25, 2025 around 7:00 a.m. and ordered breakfast. The order arrived promptly. The restaurant was clean the food was good. The coffee was hot and fresh. What more? Can you ask for?
