folks behind the counter were very helpful and understanding the menu and what might make a good smashburger. I had a double which was good but I’ve had better hamburgers on a pub. I also had the chili which definitely was smaller than I thought it should be based on the cost and actually tasted very much like something that you might get out of a can. That being said the service was outstanding and the people were very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

The restaurant was very warm and they were busy, however door dash orders were going out left and right and it took 45 minutes for tenders and a shake (which was the incorrect flavor). Very disappointing. The staff did apologize after we had to go check on our order and they were nice, but I felt like door dash had a much higher priority over in store customers as when I went online to see how long a to go order would take it said 10-17 minutes.

We never even got to order food every table in the restaurant was dirty there was food everywhere spread out around the restaurant and they couldn’t take our order even though there was no one else in line because they were so unorganized.

One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. It took about 10 minutes for my buger to get done. Put that together with the appearance and taste and I’m guessing that it was cooked when I ordered it and it tasted like real meat. The fries were very good as well. It was a little place,but it was new, clean and well maintained. When we walked in the young man at the cash register greeted us and actually looked happy. Short answer…I’m going back and get me another burger!

I’ve been coming to this Smashburger for many years (almost every week) and the customer service and quality of the food is really good. Last night, I got my usual (Double All-American Smash) and it was cooked perfectly with really great flavor. Also, all of your employees are friendly, but a special shout-out to Wyatt who always greets me when I enter the restaurant and seems to take a lot of pride in his job.

I had the Double Spicy Jalapeno Smash ($10.39) and the Smash Fries ($3.29). The burger was delicious but for me there was almost too much seasoning on the fries. I’ll ask for less next time. Jasmine was very helpful.

I’ve been here many times. This was the most disappointing meal I have had in a long time. I ordered the single classic smashburger and a large smash fries. As you can see from the picture there was nothing “smash” about the burger, at all. It was thick and didn’t even come to the edges of the bun. The “large” order of smash fries, didn’t even cover the wax paper liner in the basket. Very disappointed.

We were greeted by a Friendly crew! We chose to sit outside! Thankful for outdoor seating!! Since it was a beautiful day! We decided on the Classic Smash burger and mushroom burger. We chose the sweet potato fries and the smash tots! Everything was great !! It was all fresh and hot!! Thanks again!!

Ordered: Colorado grilled chicken sandwich, smash tots, and haystack onions.
This was my first experience with a smashburger, and I don’t anticipate rushing to go again anytime soon. The onion strings were only half full. I’m not sure if that’s how they always are, if they had run out of smaller sizes, I’m just not sure with this being my first experience. But visually, it definitely looked like a problem.
As far as the chicken sandwich, it was just absolutely disgusting. There was more cheese on it than anything. I felt like I was eating a cheese sandwich with 20 slices of cheese on it. I actually had to scrape some of the cheese off in order to even be able to eat it. You can also see from the photos, that the chicken breast, is laughable. It was so thin, had no flavor, and this was just an incredibly disappointing experience overall!
