I swear I’m gonna have to stop accepting orders from Taco Bell.
I was just at this location and had a stacked order (meaning 2 customer orders – Bailey and Brittany). First one took maybe 10 minutes. Then I had to wait for the other one and after maybe another 10 minutes, I got a notification that this order was ready for pickup.
Still waited and waited and after another 10 minutes and I walked to the counter to see why it’s not on the shelf yet. Employees walked by, didn’t acknowledge me, nothing.
I finally gave up and unassigned myself from the order and left, just so the first order I had wouldn’t get cold.
Customer service was MANY times better when I worked there than it is now. It’s pitiful! It’s not just this particular location, it’s all of them it seems. It’s just gone out the window.
Hope Brittany gets her order sometime tonight.

My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The manager, Antoinette, demonstrated unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. After reviewing other feedback, it appears that our experience is part of an ongoing pattern of similar concerns. If Taco Bell intends to maintain customer loyalty, the franchise may want to reevaluate its current management at this location.

The food is good. However, the Baja Blast always has a sanitizing cleaner flavor to it. Now I don’t get a drink but every now and then to see if the cleaner flavor is gone yet. It’s not.

Service was absolutely trash and our order wasn’t even made correctly. They 1st gave us the wrong order than had to wait in the drive thru for our correct order. Food was handled completely poorly. Didn’t get any plasticware or napkins.

Quick service. Food was good. I remember chili cheese burritos being bigger and cheaper. But everything at Taco Bell is expensive now. Can go to Qdoba for this price now.

I rarely get taco bell & every time I do, the quality is atrocious. Not only did I have to go back in because they didn’t give me everything I paid for, then I get home & this is what I have? An absolute mess. Some employees are friendly, some are very rude. Definitely not going back for a long time.

This taco bell is the worst to order delivery from. The always leave items out, never give silverware, napkins, or straws, and the food is handled poorly.

Do not order the chalupa from this location. I’ve tried it 4 separate times now and asked for it to be fully cooked/hot. Every time I order this item it is cold all the way through and the shell is raw. Every chalupa I’ve ever had anywhere else is golden brown and flakey. Here it is literally just soggy dough and cold meat. Very displeased

I know it’s Taco Bell, so I shouldn’t expect much but on a road trip & decided we needed something fast. The app wasn’t working so I went through drive thru. The employees were very pleasant to deal with. Food came hot & all correct, then we get to the hotel & my 6 year old daughter found a bread bag clip INSIDE her taco. Immediately threw everything away. It was 6pm so all the Taco Bell corporate numbers are closed. Plan to call tomorrow. This is unacceptable & disgusting.
