Famished, I ordered a number 3 and a small Turtle Truffle Nut because it’s new and the chick on the speaker made it sound delicious. Every bit of the food here was perfectly made in the Sonic Fashion. The Ice Cream was especially good. Even the tots were lightly Golden on the outside with a perfect amount of crunch and soft and warm on the inside. Service was faster than expected and this is one of the best kept drive-ins I’ve seen in a while.

The chicken tenders were over cooked and I ordered 3 sauces and only got one. My drink was supposed to be half lemonade and half sweet tea. It’s straight lemonade. Not impressed with this sonic.

Absolute WORST sonic location ever on St. John Ave!!! The employees are rude, service is incredibly slow. I used to frequent this location almost daily for drinks and will instead be driving across town to our other location. Only after waiting 20 minutes, flagging down 2 carhops, AND GETTING OUT OF MY CAR AND APPROACHING THE DOOR, did I finally get the small Dr. Pepper I ordered. The girls were RUDE and one fake handed me my drink, only to pull it back and tell me “Don’t snatch”. If they get these girls without a lick of customer service sense out, I might consider going back. Never again until there is new staff.

Order was incorrect but worse it was burned /old. Not sure which one but the sausage in burrito was rock hard and it was inedible food. My cup was also broken with a broken lid.

Ordered in the app. Took forever to order favorites. Cost $40 for 2.5 meals. The supersonic bacon triple cheeseburger was smaller than the garlic butter burger. Food tasted good.

Thanks for only half of my order night shift in dyersburg tn my 18 month old was starving and never got his food poor kid had to wait all over for his food while smelling the rest of the families food yall are pathetic!

Great place right in town and very quick service. Everyone is always really nice as well when I order here. I would recommend going here period but they have amazing Breakfast Burritos and milkshakes. I usually try to come here weekly to get at least one milkshake and I get Breakfast Burritos all the time. They’re right next to a car wash and you can order ahead so you could get food and then eat or drink something while getting a car wash. It’s less than a mile from where I just moved and with them being so nice, it’s hard not to come here as often as I do. Sometimes the app messes up but you can always press the red button and tell them about the order you placed ahead of time in the app.

Food experience at thos location was horrid. The hotdogs / chilies cheese Coney was grey frys were 1/2 full and cold bun on chicken sandwich was hard. Will drive to newborn if I want sonic again

Order taker was garbled. We placed orders by the number, and even specified the sizes wanted, yet food was delivered without fries. When brought to their attention, the “manager” argued with us over them not charging us for it. Said they would fix it and then charged us the extra $4-$5 for said fries… very, very, very poor customer service. If I lived in this area I would be contacting the general manager or division manager, odds are I would never be passing by or stopping here ever again…
