Food and service were both exceptional. Never in my life have I been to a Wendy’s yet alone a fast food place and had the person who took our order ask how the food was and take care of us the way they did. The employees impressed me and my family today! Would absolutely recommend this location for people visiting or living in Tennessee.

I can’t give a name because know one had a name tag on. Told lady it was a to go order ok cool but the one that puts food in bags or the trays could lose her attitude. As she was putting it on the tray I told it was a to go order and the she wants to roll her eyes. She needs to be working in the back and away from the public.

We will never go to this Wendy’s again. My husband went to pick up some food around 10:00 pm tonight. The young guy at the window was over the top rude, yelling at the other employees to see if the food he ordered was available. Then he rudely asked my husband if he wanted a receipt, and my husband responded “yes”. Then guy turned around to do something else and completely ignored my husband never giving him a receipt. When ny husband pulled up to the next window, he complained to the manager about this punks attitude. When my husband drove off he said the guy stuck his head out of the driveway through window yelling “I love my job sir!” I dont know what hos problem is, but he does NOT need to be working with the public. On top of all that, our food was cold. Horrible service.

For the benefit of the doubt I tried again today only to be disappointed again. My fries were stale and cold again. The chicken nuggets were cold. My hamburger was slapped together and hanging out everywhere all the ingredients. The Coke zero tasted like carbonation. I asked for another drink a diet Coke and it tasted the same. Nothing but carbonation. What is wrong with your restaurant and keeping food fresh and hot!? I would give zero Stars if I could.I only live a mile away. My fries, nuggets and burger was stone cold. This is ridiculous. Do better. Or shut down.

I am absolutely APPALLED. This is DISGUSTING and absolutely unacceptable. Managers were very disrespectful and the inside of the store was disgusting. My chicken sandwich was undercooked and I had already eaten half. Unacceptable Wendy’s.
