Refuse to ACCEPT Lazy Service
If I could give a negative 100 I would!!! Went there at 2:00 to grab up lunch…. Burger was dry, burnt,cold as well as the fries, just flat out nasty!! So you Jack your prices up, and lower your standards on what you serve to the public… SHAME ON YOU!! Mc Donald’s try Mc Nasty’s…Double cheese burgers NO onions on them, just tossed them in the trash!! I can’t understand how and why you are still open… maybe the health department needs to come in there, I feel like I received last weeks burger!! Well keep up and you will end up closed, management needs to pay attention to what goes out the door. Never in my life WTH?!?!?!
Hey Mc Donald’s instead of responding to complaints on here with a website to contact… MAYBE try and look into the problems and fixing them!!! You have a low rating and until you fix the problems, I only see it getting lower. Food should NEVER look like what you serve, not sure on the taste because I tossed it but pretty sure it taste exactly how it looks!!!!

I know a lot of people who work at McDonald’s, and honestly, many of them work really hard despite what people say. But this morning, they made my sandwich wrong. I had already taken a bite, so I brought it back in and told the lady what happened.
She took my bitten sandwich, started to take it apart, and then proceeded to “fix” it—using the same bitten pieces. Below is the sandwich I was handed back. I couldn’t even be mad; I just had to laugh. It was pure comedy.
The manager literally saw that there was no sauce on my Big Mac—it was all in the box and on the underside of the bun—and she still put it together like that and handed it back like she’d done something special.

Avoid. This is the most laziest place. There’s 16 cars in the drive thru and 28 ppl inside waiting for food. Meanwhile the staff is hanging out, comfortably leaning on equipment and chatting while we all wait. Fire the management immediately.

Your manager Seth is dreadful. I have actively seen him throw equipment across the kitchen at staff and physically and verbally abuse them on multiple different occasions. Please contact me and I would love to elaborate on this for you. Today my husband came in and picked up our order and he actively had to sit and wait in the dining room for 20 minutes as Seth yelled at the grill cook for apparently not going quick enough, for Seth. The cash person came up and said that our order was almost ready, but Seth threw away something because the cook simply didn’t wrap it quick enough so we had to wait.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This restaurant has had the worst customer service, cleanliness and quality of food for YEARS!! Just spent $22 bucks on the most pathetic breakfast! Cold, toddler size portion of eggs, sausage hanging halfway out, biscuits so tough you can barely bite them. My eggs were obviously used to clean the grill cuz they were disgusting looking! Do better woodville road McDonalds! No excuse for years and years of pathetic service & quality. You get our orders right, maybe 10% of the time! I’m done with this location! Wish I could post the pictures on this review!

If you want to get your burgers raw come here the service was absolutely abysmal and we literally waited 5 minutes to get a refill on our teas,do better McDonald’s cuz seriously I’ve been to better. The only highlight of the entire store was the woman in the grey shirt that actually seemed like she gave a damn.
