My family and I dined here for lunch and over all it was definitely not satisfying. The food arrived cold for the length of time I had to wait on it. The service was slow but at least sincere. And the location itself is lifeless. It feels like a jail cell in the lobby no decorations no photos nothing fun it’s horrible. I would not recommend this location!

This is honestly the worst service I’ve ever had. There was people in line waiting to order and no one was helping them the whole time we were there. When the guy brought us our food he didn’t say one word and I needed sauce but there was too many people waiting to line to order food so I just grabbed some sauce myself… I will not be coming back here

No filet fish cause they decided to clean the grease right at lunch. Then I asked for hot fudge Sunday EXTRA fudge and what did I get a few drops I asked she said rudely it is extra. I said yeah ok. If I paid for it I should get it and if she’s going to be rude like that then she needs another job

Always fresh and hot. I think they’ve gotten my order wrong twice in the past 5 years. Which is beyond exceptionally good. I mean mistakes do happen but barely ever at this McDonald’s! They staff is always so friendly and polite and very quick. I always choose to go out of my way to this McDonald’s because they keep there food tasting clean not like old grease or salt build up. I’ve noticed that since the pandemic they do practice very well the Covid-19 safety policies. By far the best place to grab a quick snack or meal for the kiddos! As long as Nancy and her husband continue running this franchise I will continue being a loyal customer!

I’ve had bad experiences with this location before and never left a review. But I ordered tonight around 9:10pm and waited till almost 9:30 to get my order, which is fine, but I didn’t get my entire order and the worker that handed me my food just opened the window and said “here” so rude. I pulled over and checked my order after and realized I didn’t get everything, whatever I can deal with it. But the horrible attitude is what got me tonight.

I get busy, but is there an excuse for a simple Big Mac missing everything? The fries were so old and dry you couldn’t even eat them unless you enjoy chewing on cardboard I suppose. Entirely unacceptable to serve anyone this way.
