I went to crab Du jour tonight. I understand it was a holiday but they were very under staffed. They are under new management and the Sausage they use now is yuck very terrible ! They need to change the sausage back, cheaper is not always better they shorted me on my potatoes and my shrimp had the head on which scared me because I always do head off. I would of went back but the wait time and the hassle to fight through was not worth it. The sauce was very greasy and watered down as well. $38.00 in the trash!

We came in to celebrate our daughter’s birthday on a Sunday afternoon. The place was quiet for the most part. The food was amazing! We have a party of 10 so I don’t know if that played a roll but the only thing I could say is the waiter could have been more attentive with us since it was slow there. Had to ask multiple times for the same things and also had to ask for refills as well.

My first and last time going… worst experience ever from service to food. NEVER GOING BACK!!! The didn’t acknowledge our table for at least $20 minutes…when she came to our table didn’t introduce herself not even when was there. Our kept getting messed up. They were out of food on the menu. Nothing but a ghetto and unprofessional atmosphere. Even with the owners being there staff had no respect or dignity in their presence. I went to pay for my bill… the waiter was a reaching all over the manger doing his job checking us out. Once she cashed me out… she waited to see if she was getting a tip. Once she noticed she wasn’t I signed it and walked out. She threw the receipt in the trash. I am a tipper when the service is excellent you get tipped. But just beyond Terrible Service!!! I hope they do better

I took my wife and two grandkids there for dinner. I activated a 50.00 visa gift card before leaving home and verified the balance was 50.00. My bill was around 117.00, so I told the waitress to use the 50 on the gift card first and balance on my debit card. She came back about 10 minutes and said there was only 40 on the card. I said that’s not correct as I checked it before leaving home. So she tried again and brought the receipt of 40 was spent. So I just said ok.
When I got home and checked the balance on my card and the pending amount was 48.00 at this restaurant, and balance was 2.00. I am not sure where the 8.00 went, can only imagine it went for a unapproved tip, which we left 20.00 cash on table for tip. Just know I will never eat there again due to lack of trust.

We stopped by for lunch today and had a mixed experience. It was just us and two other couples in the restaurant at the time. We ordered an appetizer and an entrée to share, and while we waited, we enjoyed checking out all the fun decorations around the restaurant. However, we noticed the napkin dispensers were sticky and definitely needed a good cleaning.
Our server, Tajiah, was nice, but not attentive at all. Throughout our whole visit, we only saw her twice—once to take our order and again to drop off the food. After that, she completely disappeared. We also overheard her messing up another table’s order, and to top it off, her stomach was hanging out her shirt the whole time, which definitely threw us off! After about 20 minutes, only our entrée arrived, and we later found out she never entered our appetizer into the system.
That said, the food we did get was tasty and a good portion for sharing. However, I’m skeptical about dining in again, but I might consider giving them another shot for takeout.

This was the best seafood experience I’ve had since going to Florida. The BEST margarita I’ve ever had, 1800 silver btw, and the service was spectacular! Our waiter helped with everything without a complaint. Everyone on staff was willing to help at a moments notice. I got the Alfredo and it was creamy with plenty of shrimp! The seafood boil was even better since you control what goes in it and how spicy you want it. 10/10, bringing more people when I come again!

My family ate at this restaurant last month. We attended a bday party at a place nearby and decided it was best to eat dinner in town before heading on our 2 hour drive home. Shataya attended to us and she was super sweet and helpful. My husband ordered the Combo C and shared it with our oldest daughter. Our younger daughter ordered the seafood Pasta with a side of Cajun fries. I ordered their fried calamari with some lobster on the side. Everything was really fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed it. I’m not sure when we’ll be that way again but if we are, we’ll definitely dine again. Thanks for having us!

It was my husband’s birthday (I did not tell the staff) and so it was a special night for him. When we walked in, there was 3 booths sat, no one at the bar (or bar tender), no one at the host stand but 2 men at the cashier stand. They asked if we were dining in, we said yes and they pointed to the empty host stand. Finally a guy walked up and said “just the 2 of you?” and walked us to a booth that had trash underneath. We sat down and ordered 2 Crown and gingers and hush puppies. Our server brought the drinks and went to the back. After the first sip we both realized it was Crown Apple and ginger. When the server came back, we brought it to our servers attention that we wanted Crown Royal not Apple and he said it was all they had, in which my husband pointed to the menu where it said they had Crown Royal and Crown Apple. He took the drinks and said “I’ll see if they have any”. Before he walked away, I asked to order because I noticed that every time he left the table it was taking too long for him to come back. Finally the hush puppies came and they were darker than they should be. My husband stated, “they could have taken these out a little earlier”. Then the correct drinks showed up. Afterwards, the food showed up and it was delicious. I have not complaints about that, except it could have been hotter (temperature wise), but it tasted amazing. The server asked if we needed anything, I said no and he went and sat at the cashier stand. (Playing on his phone) I realized that I did want something, butter. I turned around hoping to make eye contact with the server, but he never looked up from his phone. My husband said “don’t worry babe, if I see him move I’ll get his attention.” Well, we ended up stopping another server to get us the butter. He brought it out, but it was oil. Not butter, but OIL. At this point, we’re almost done with our food, so we didn’t bother asking again. Finally, our server came to check on us, we asked for the check and the server brought it to the table. Of course, the check had 2 crown apples and 2 crown royals on it. We walked to the cashier stand, (we didn’t say one word) he said “oh that’s not the right one” and then gave us the correct check. We paid and left, and completely understood why there was only 3 other tables in the building. Poor service, poor atmosphere (the music selection was in such poor taste, not family friendly at all). Don’t get me wrong I love all kinds of music, but the music that was being played was clearly for the staff and not the guests. I don’t think we’ll be returning to this location for awhile.
