Super Long wait for only 4 cars in the drive thru. Then I’m handed what felt like a full bag and told to have a good night..pull off and go park to check the food and noticed they didn’t give us a single fry. Inside is closed so back to the long wait of a drive thru. Otherwise food was good, sandwiches were correct which was probably one of the most important factors for us. Just need to work on their speed and make sure all the food is in the bag.

I’ve been forgotten and skipped, given the wrong food, and have waited over an hour for a simple, no modification order. All without a single We’re Sorry.
This place is a joke. They forget your order and then blame it on their system (never had that happen in other McDonald’s), they put trainees on during their busiest times so hardly anything gets done, and they refuse to give you any compensation or coupons because somehow it’s your fault.
Just go to the McDonald’s by Walmart, they’re much better

Sat in the drive through for 5+minutes before anyone took my order. There were no cars in the drive through. A car went to the other line and they took their order before mine. Once I finally got someone on the speaker, they asked me to repeat what I said several times. I was first there and ended up having 3 cars infront of me. No good.

Service is terrible. Very slow. Orders are wrong. 30 min waiting on food on a dine in. Everyone is always taking care of drive through that is always 15 to 20 cars deep. Only reason I ever come is to let daughter play in the play place and that is why atmosphere is rated a 3. Best thing for Van Wert to do is shut one of the McDonald’s down so you can staff it.

Waited over 50 minutes in the drive through that wrapped around the building for customers waiting in the line that gave there order already. Very short staffed and inexperienced. I would not recommend coming here if you want your order wrong or wait almost a hour

Service sucks. I went through the drive thru first.. had to go in because they messed up the order. Got out to the car and seen that they messed it up again so I went bk in and had them remake the order. The final result is in the pictures below. Very unhappy.

Orded on the mobel app and went to go pick it up in the drive thru. Waited in the inside line of the drive through forever. Multiple cars passed through the outside lane before I gave up and went inside. The people inside acted like I was insane when I asked if I could pick up my mobile app order inside then proceeded to ignore me for 20 minutes before l I had to give up and leave without my food.

Unfortunately, this South Van Wert location has went down hill. Drive-Thru is not as quick. Also, make sure that you say “Medium” or “Large” for your drink size. Some Drive-Thru employees will automatically “upcharge” you for a size that you do not want.
