It’s Finally Back Open!! This was probably one of the oldest McDonald’s in the area. It still had the over head conveyor belt that transported the food from the kitchen to the drive thru. I believe I had my 1 y/o birthday party there and I just turn 4 yea so it badly needed an upgrade . But you will be surprised because this is a kiosk only location. You can not order face to face. I use my app at McDonald’s so it’s not a total shock for me. This location is brand new no renovation, completely new!

Placed a mobile app breakfast order at 10:10 AM, before the cutoff, and the order was accepted.
Due to traffic caused by an accident on the highway, my arrival was delayed.
When I arrived, staff cancelled the order and refused to honor it, saying I came too late—even though the order was placed on time.
I received a refund, but the situation suggests staff need clearer training on mobile app order policies.

Why was this so good? It was fresh, crispy, and consistent throughout. I even went back for a fresh cookie! I’ll be back. I’m so impressed with the cleanliness of the MCB Quantico location as well. I signed up for the app and rewards, so I look forward to all of the possibilities!

Food quality control is lacking. We ordered two double cheeseburgers no onion no pickles, add mayo and lettuce. Only one was as ordered and both were not as fresh and were Luke warm and cheese was not melted. Poor taste

Extremely racist staff, I am fluent in Spanish and they talk about other customers whether it be how much they spend, their appearance, or in general. They managers allow inappropriate and unsanitary behavior to occur at this location. If you are a person of color, I suggest you take your money to another location. Very racist towards black staff and any customers

Edit; its been over 2 months since ive been here. Came here tonight due to limited options. 25mins for 10 nuggets. The customer service here is a joke. 2 lanes but only one line actually moves. Close this place smooth down its a waste of time. 11 to 1130 sitting in line. Had to leave to go back to work because of how long this place takes to complete an order. Its either incompetency or a lack of caring. This place is the got damn worst. Screw this location

New McDonald’s same terrible service, ordered the steak and egg breakfast and all I get is the sausage and egg breakfast in a stapled bad and get back to work to find I been cheated out of money ordering by app… What a waste of time and money and no way to correct the issue using the app. All this technology is garbage

Have come here twice and both times they said the machine works for strawberry milkshakes but both times they gave me a vanilla milkshake. The second time I asked and at the window she all of a sudden said the machine doesn’t work? Stop lying to people when they ask DIRECT questions and if you don’t understand they are asking just ask for clarification! It’s not that hard. She tried to convince me the shake was strawberry and it was white and I tasted it and it was very much vanilla. And she KNEW that wasn’t strawberry so why even hand it to me KNOWING that isn’t what I ordered?
