Absolute waste of 16 dollars. I got me and my girlfriend quesadillas and they both came slightly lukewarm. My steak quesadilla didn’t come cut whatsoever and hers was barely cut and extremely uneven. Not sure who was on this shift but they suck lowkey

Everytime I come to this specific location, employees seem like it’s a burden to take your order or get orders right I guess? Some are friendly.

Meat is always cold and sometimes looks old or bad. I’ve worked in a restaurant, I can tell very clearly this meat was just pulled out of a cooler and if I’m wrong, based on how it looks AND TASTES it’s not even cooked fully or warm? It’s awful, I love Taco Bell but it’s being ruined on poor quality work ethic in your employees, or maybe the management is the issue which is usually the case? Not sure but giving out cold meat is a health code violation and ill be reporting this to the health department just so it gets looked into.

I go usually at least once a week to get food and I can say that night shift usually does a good job. Occasionally I may get old meat but its usually right. Day shift on the other hand apparently struggles. I order the same thing almost every time and somehow its always messed up. Today i got a very sloppy flatbread melt that wasnt even melted. Half the fillings were on the wrapper and everything about it was cold.

Got there at 9:30pm. They were out of ground beef but said steak was an option. I know everyone is having supply chain issues, but the staff was friendly and apologized. Anyway ordered the steak, had to pay the up charge, but that’s not on me you don’t have what I wanted…but ok. However the Mexican pizza had maybe 4 pieces of steak total so basically I had a bean pizza. And it said 2 Supreme tacos, however I got no sour cream. Also again each taco had 3 pieces of steak. Decent amount of shredded cheese at least. Oh and the fire sauce was Hopefully better luck next time

go to a different taco bell, or better yet go to a local Taco shop. they do not deserve your business. if you have to pay $15 an hour, and you cannot even get a human being to take a correct order, it’s not my job to know the menu and edit it

I got charged $16.99 bucks for a crunch wrap and a chicken bowl. It was late, but it seems to shock me how much this restaurant charges for such a small amount of food. Im serious there was such a little amount of ground meat it was litterly all lettuce. Luckily, someone else bought the meal because it’s would’ve made me more upset. I’ve been done with Taco-Bell for a long time. This just reminds me why I do NOT like this place at all. Don’t make the mistake and eat at this place. Do yourself a favor, your stomach will thank you.

Consistently forgets items and today we didn’t even get one thing right. The packaging of everything looked to be correct for what we ordered but ended up being a Mexican pizza instead of nachos and different tacos and burritos than ordered. Be warned if you go that you need to check for EVERY item before driving away.

I used to get good service and food here in 2022 and 2023. The last couple visits have been very disappointing. Today I got two tacos in my order for three tacos. Substituting beef for chicken seems to be partially for air. See photo. I requested only lettuce and onion but on my third Taco I got about a tablespoon of chicken all lettuce and no onions. Very sad. I will not be back to this taco bell.

Put in the order, chose drive thru, waited 20 minutes in drive thru, nobody acknowledged me at the speaker after taking 2 orders in the other lane I merged in. At the window she refused to serve me and said I had to go in. I went in, tried to use the kiosk but there was no option to check in. Nobody acknowledged I was there, so I left and decided to process a refund. I will never use mobile order again.
