Stopped by Chili’s with a friend and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Our waiter, Jaquan, truly made the visit memorable. He was friendly, attentive, and had a great personality that made our dining experience feel welcoming and fun without ever being overbearing. It’s rare to get service that feels both professional and genuinely enjoyable, and Jaquan delivered exactly that.
I ordered the surf and turf, and it came out perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Everything was hot, fresh, and well-prepared, and the overall service timing was spot on. Between the great food and excellent service, this visit really exceeded expectations.
Big shoutout to Jaquan for making our night enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back and hope to have him as a server again. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for good food and great service.

Great atmosphere for meeting friends at the bar or having a more cozy gathering for food and beverages in the comfy seating area. There are television sets playing throughout each area. The food was very tasty and the service was great. Ally was the perfect server. There is a nice covered patio area, if you prefer a different atmosphere.

Stopped in for dinner during a business trip while staying at the Holiday Inn next door. We sat at the high tops in the bar, and our server, who was also the bar tender, was fast, fun, and friendly. The place was a bit empty, and the kitchen was a bit slow. getting food out. The food was typical for the Chili’s brand, and the chips and salsa are always a good appetizer.

After being indecisive on our dinner options we chose to stop in and give Chili’s a try, we were not disappointed. Our server, Terri, was very attentive and helpful with menu items. The food came out in a timely manner and everything was excellent. The manager came through to make sure our visit was meeting expectations. We don’t get by here often but we’ll be sure to add it to our more frequently visited restaurants.

I took my sister out to eat yesterday because the food always hits at Chilis. Unfortunately, not the service. The server was very passive aggressive and showed many micro-aggressions toward my sister and I.
I paid the bill early and even tipped very well when our order was put in way before we received our food, only for the server to tell us “next time don’t pay so early so I can put in for the sauces.” She tried to charge us $1.50 for 4 sauces that should be freely requested with the meal. Then she assumed that we wanted sauces to go that we didn’t request. The atmosphere here is very unsettling as if you all aren’t used to seeing black women that are kind and can pay more than enough for the bill.
I worked at Chili’s before and hate coming across servers who treat people based on their race and ethnicity and how much money they think they will get in tips.
Please train your employees to not be biased against people that don’t look like them because that may very well be the person that is trying to bless them.

I stayed in one of the surrounding hotels. I ordered food to go. $60 of garbage food was prepared horribly such poor quality and taste. Additionally, hair was in the pasta. I will definitely not be eating here again. First and definitely MY last.

I don’t think I’ve eaten chilli’s before today but my experience here was pretty good. I got this Alex Sante Fe burger and it was great. The fries were also perfect for me.

Well the ribs tastes like a rubber band i coukd tell that it was a prepackaged item macaroni had a hair in the bowl chicken crispers texture was way off for the prices they charge they really need to do better

Service was good. The food on 2 out of three meals was good. One meal the fries were served with some seasoning that made my wife sick to her stomach. It was not the same seasoning as the other plates. Complained to waitress and she recognized that there was an issue and got the manager. The manager appeared to resist making this right. The waitress actually asked if he could provide a credit for the fries. The whole experience was not very professional nor should it have happened in front of the customer. The credit was not what she was after, but she just wanted them to know so other customers would not be made sick.
