Offering a vibrant atmosphere and culinary creativity, the Red Lentil belies the nondescript neighborhood in which it’s located. My wife and I were quickly shown to our table for the 4pm Annual Vegan Harvest Dinner seating amid a packed restaurant. The menu featured a five course meal with two choices per course. Dishes followed each other swiftly, leaving just enough time to savor one before starting the next. The food was well-seasoned, yielding tantalizing tastes without overpowering; although, some dishes were oily. The desserts were the highlight, creatively conceived and presented, and delightfully flavorful. Portions were ample and we were quite sated by meal’s end.

Finally got to experience this Watertown gem! Absolutely flavorful and creative. Could not believe how tasty the vegan dishes were. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, seemed to truly be fans of their restaurant which makes a difference. Special shout out to the awesome manager who stopped by to say hello and ensure all was delicious (which it was!).

Really good flavor! In all the plates . The special salad did lack a bit flavor so we did not finish it . Pizza was good would get again but this place mains are what you come here for . The jerk tempeh was delicious a bit sweet not really Jamaican Flavor but was good definitely add hot sauce if you like spice. The seitan dish was very flavor and delicious and we licked the plate. This place was really really good for an all vegetarian and vegan restaurant! Would come again!

It’s rare to come across a completely vegan restaurant. We tried the Calamari mushrooms (must try), lasagna, tiramisu and blueberry cheesecake (okish)
The food was delicious and portions generous.
The staff is courteous and we loved the ambience. Very glad we found this restaurant.

We tried Indonesian stir fry served with fried chopped tempeh made exclusively by the chef and it was very delicious the softness was perfect and it’s fried tenderly. The fried noodles are not as spice as typical Indonesian food but perhaps this is suitable for American tounges.

The food was good overall. The lemonade was too sweet for my taste, I wish it was homemade. The waffles were solid, an 8/10, and the French fries were amazing. The scrambled eggs with mozzarella cheese were enjoyable. Service was excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant itself is beautiful, making for a great dining experience. I can’t recall the lady and gentleman that served, but both were great.

Lovely valentine tasting menu with wine. the courses were all so elegant and creative. Especially loved the main course beet dish and sweet potato dish but honestly it was all beautiful. I wish guests had dressed up a little, but I think there were a lot of regulars and its a little chilly/casual inside so even though it was a special menu with limited seating, each couple got a rose… most people seemed to know the restaurant and to bundle up a little. Customers were mostly in sweaters, the lady next to me was wearing a fleece and jeans talking about work. Since there wasn’t a romantic lighting, warmth or ambiance I marked it a 4 for atmosphere.

Excellent spot for vegetarians and vegans. Quite a few items that can be customized for Jain diet as well! Loved the food and especially the desserts, the vegan pistachio cheesecake was super!

Gobi Manchurian was amazing! The daily special tofu polenta was really nice, but something felt a bit lacking—maybe a certain spice. The avocado-based vegan chocolate mousse wasn’t for me, though my friend thought it was okay. Probably wouldn’t order that again if it’s on the menu.

Vegan options were all excellent. Daily greens kale special was spectacular and delicious. Oyster mushroom “calamari” was not too greasy, which has been an issue at other places.

Kinda noisy and very busy on a Friday evening, which led to some less-than-perfect service. Otherwise great.
