I am extremely surprised haven’t posted a review sooner. But this location has the worst customer service to me. Any times I have came here and received terrible customer service. If I’m in the drive thru I’m stuck waiting for someone to take my order. I’ve waited so long I drove off. Then when I come into the store in my Uber capacity I am usually the only person that they chose not greet when I enter(i am not sure if it’s a race issue due to me experiencing this offense) then on 08/24/2025 I came in as Uber eats and was ignored but everyone that came after me was greeted. I stood there waiting for the customer order and was ignored for 10 mins(myself and a bunch of other delivery people) no one said one word to me. I would like the believe it was because of how busy they were but as you can see the line had one customer and I was still ignored. When I was finally approached along with the many other delivery people I was the last one to receive my customers order when I was the first one in line waiting the longest. All employees need to be retrained IMMEDIATELY!

Food is always great, employees are very nice. My only issue, if my order comes out to 10.93, and I pay with a 20, I should be getting 9.07 back, not 9.05. Some folks like saving their change, some people dont, but never assume. Im sure if my order came out to 10.93, and I always gave 10.91, I wonder if you would allow that to slide, specially if it was continuous.

The absolute worst service I have ever received at Panda Express. First I waited at the drive though speaker for almost 5 minutes after the person ahead of me got their food. Since I was an online order, I just pulled up anyway. The server opened the window, I said I had an online order for Tim, she said ok, and closed the window. Someone brought my food to the window where it sat for at least another three minutes while co-workers chatted away. They finally noticed me waiting and handed me my food.
I will never order from this Panda again.

Went through the drive thru. I was told there would be a small 5-minute wait for super greens, and I ended up waiting 15 minutes. Turned out so much for “super greens.” i got like 4 pieces of broccoli and a few sheets of kale. The food was cold, and portions were getting smaller, not satisfied

The staff did not greet us when we walked in and we waited to be helped. It was about 3pm and we are the only clients inside. While waiting I watched the girl (pictured with glasses) serve 3 vehicles at the drive thru window. She had gloves on and handled the food, the register and money, and trash can with the same pair of gloves… Why bother to wear gloves?
I had a craving for the sweetfire chicken and was disappointed when they told me they did not have any ready nor was I able to wait for a fresh batch to be prepared. I give the company one star for not having it in stock.
Ok, let’s give the front staff a break, and All restaurant workers a break, they have a difficult job and it’s Christmas Eve.
I give the staff at this location a 5 star rating for their patience with me as I verbalize my dissatisfaction.They continued to be extremely nice and apologetic, even if they couldn’t satisfy my craving. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism! Nice job!

I went through the drive thru late this evening. They did not have STRINGBEAN Chicken or my favorite Sweetfire Chicken available. I waited for them to cook it. NO PROBLEM.
When I got home I found 2 itsy bitsy pieces of chicke in the stringbean chicken that hey just cooked for me. (What?)

Great service! Even when they have a rush you get greeted when you walk in. All employees working together and quickly.
