Terrible service. Nobody knows what to do. Asked for a hot fudge sundae and this is what I got. Barely a smidge of hot fudge! McDonald’s needs to hire more intelligent workers. Thank goodness this is not a place I shop often. Just had a craving for hot fudge and got crap. Not only that, first they took forever then the little dude comes out with a caramel order which I guess he wanted in the first place because as I leave he says he’s going to snack on it. Another reason to never shop this place again anywhere in Oklahoma

I very clearly ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with meat and cheese only. Both of my burgers were smothered with onions. Not only did I not get a receipt, but I also called 4 times and got no response…the fun part is this…I’m allergic to onions…thankfully all I have to deal with is some upset stomach issues when I eat onions accidentally…so I wasted my time, my money AND YOU RISKED somebody’s health. This is unreal. There were roughly 20 onions hidden in between the patties on both burgers. A large enough amount that it was no accident. I don’t know how much simpler I can make my order…MEAT AND CHEESE ONLY…MEAT AND CHEESE. At least my small fry was correct. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

Love mcdonalds however the clerk running the drive through needs to speak clearly and also have a personality, no hi or have a good day. If you dont like your job look for another one. At least the order was right.

We came twice today to the drive thru. The first time was for breakfast, they don’t sell burgers till after 10:30. We ordered, paid and all was great. The second time, my daughter wanted to go back for a late lunch to get her burger she wanted so to the drive thru we went again. We ordered for 3 people, 2-#3’s and #1, two dr.peppers and a large chocolate shake. At 3:54 p.m. the line was at a standstill. It took us forever to pay at the first window, then sit and wait for the next window. By the time we got there they handed us the two dr. peppers and asked us to wait in the reserve parking spot and an employee would bring out our food. We were the first to park there so I don’t think they thought of telling those before us to do that. A young man came up to our window with the food, I asked him about the shake and he said oh, they didn’t give that to you already? No, they didn’t..he asked what size and went back in to get it, so we waited some more. I don’t care for the food as much as my daughter does..the burger was okay, the fries were really salty, but the shake was good and I didn’t need a spoon. I know we’ll be back because my kids like it and it’s conveniently located by the Super Walmart.

Half the time my order isn’t right or it’s cold! And I can tell when they redip fries in hot grease instead of frying new ones. I have a hard time understanding some of the Spanish speaking employees. Not friendly.

It is slowly getting better and better each time. I was not happy about the Santiago family buying this one or anymore for that matter. There have been a few errors but slowly getting better. All they have to do is read the food ordering screen and make sure to pour the correct drink and all will be fine. I did have a problem ordering unsweet tea and on the receipt it would show unsweet tea but I kept getting sweet tea. Have not had an issue with this for a while but like I said they are slowly doing better. DBL Quarter Pounder is way better than before and it is worth a small wait.

Saturday morning the 20th approximately 930 parking lot crowded parking difficult. Service was fast staff was friendly and food was good. Extremely small lobby approximately five tables.
