I walked in and it was a great atmosphere. Typical what you get at a McDonald’s and then as I placed my order at the kiosk, I looked around for help and I noticed there was an older, Hispanic lady Towards the back of the eating area who is celebrating a party with a bunch of friends early morning, so she wasn’t paying any attention to her job duties. Then when I asked a simple request about a substitution, she said we cannot do that. I didn’t mind paying extra for I know it’s America and we could buy anything we desire she told me no Which I thought it was really odd, but I feel it was a basic misunderstanding because she does not speak good English.

Love it here, this morning I went here & ordered McMuffins w/ steak and coffee. The food was warm & good unlike other locations. A waitress (didnt catch her name) was also super nice by greeting us good morning and asked if I wanted a refill to my coffee. I’m not one to put reviews, but when I do something really great or worse happened. In this case, it was a fantastic experience.

The staff at this location are awesome they let senior customer celebrate Valentine’s Day Everyone was happy today laughing and enjoying their party the General manager spend time with them that is just great! That’s the best way to appreciate your customer !

1/29/26-Before we ordered our food we asked a male worker which toys they had and he showed us two different toys. We told him that we wanted 1 of each in the happy meals we were going to order. Then when we got the happy meals both had the same toy. I took one up to the counter and asked a woman if we could have the other toy. She then proceeded to argue with me that they only had one type of toy and that there was no way the guy had should us two different toys. She then went and grabbed the boxes to show me I was wrong, and there was the other toy. I don’t know if she was trying to hide the other toy or what, but treating a customer like that was wrong. At no point while she was telling me I was wrong did she bother to ask the guy even after I asked her to. McDonald’s customer service has been crashing since they installed those order kiosks and they don’t care how they treat people.

The McDonald’s at this location is terrific. The team and managers are so polite and friendly. They greet us every time we walk in and some of them know us by name and we know a lot of them by name. This is our favorite McDonald’s to eat at. We enjoy the atmosphere and it is very clean. We appreciate everything they do. The food comes out in a minimal amount of time and is always good. Some times the team members will walk by our table and ask if we need a refill on our beverage. They take our cup, fill it and bring it back to our table. That is what you call great service. We visit this restaurant one to two times a week. We love this team and managers.

Unfortunately, this location struggles with the basic premise of fast food. The workers seem to be trying, so I suspect it is training and support. They can’t deal with issues that arise with orders made in person or with the app effectively or efficiently. I just want to consistent, reliable and fast food service. These have been McDonald’s hallmarks for many years. They are sadly falling short.

This McDonalds is consistently better than your average store. The employees are especially friendly and almost always address customers (rewards members) by name. The restaurant is oftentimes decorated for whatever the upcoming holiday is. This location does a great job!

Went for breakfast, placed order for four meals and was missing half the order. Missed two burritos, a whole pancake meal, hashbrowns. I have no idea how you can be that incompetent. We called and asked what was going on and how it can be fixed. The offer? Can’t do refunds over the phone or with the receipt number and we would have to drive back which is 30 minutes. This has never happened before and I would never recommend going here.

I just got a lecture from management about ordering food while using the play area and was threatened with police action. Right after I ordered. I do not feel welcomed here with my profoundly special needs kids and now this is twice in a row. Last time I used the restroom and came out with missing clothing for my family taken by staff. Im very disappointed by this place. I spoke out to management last time now im reaching to to corporate.
