Loved the staff and management checking on customers sitting in the dining room. Food was hot and fresh. Receipt came out of the kiosk which seems to be an issue for other McDonald’s I’ve been too.
Short wait for our order. They even got our modifications correct.

They really need to work on the overall customer service on the inside. The workers will literally look at you when you walk in and ignore you. Don’t even acknowledge any customer. A simple, “HOW are you.” Or even a “we’ll be right with you.” Goes a long way. Acknowledge your customers don’t just have us standing there for 5 minutes or longer just waiting.
Idk who the manager is that works during the evening around 4p but they need to promote her. Food is ALWAYS fresh when shes there. And will make sure you’re Order is correct, if not they’ll fix it.

Never Mind
Why is it so hard to make an ice coffee?? Why can’t you dump it and have fresh ready instead of serving orange sour burnt coffee that’s sat all day that you add ice to and call ice coffee. It’s not that hard. This coffee was disgusting. I just rolled my eyes when I seen it. I knew if I asked for replacement it would just be the exact same unless I wanted to wait for coffee to brew and I did not. It’s definitely not the 1st time it’s always a gamble ordering this. I usually can tell by who’s at the window if it’s going to be trash or not.

Really bad preparation of food. I got the steak and egg bagel and the sauce was caked over the entire thing, the packaging was actually wet with the amount of sauce. The meat was small and falling apart. It felt like someone put a giant glob of sauce on the sandwich and threw it at a wall and served it.

This store is so well ran! The staff are always so friendly, and the manager I can tell is so caring. He complimented my hamburger emphatically which was nice and followed through with making sure my pie was the correct one after I made a substitution from blueberry to pumpkin. A worker accidentally spilled a drink on the floor and me and my wife were so impressed with how all the workers came to make sure the worker was ok and to fix the situation. Quickly cleaned the area, and made sure the other worker did not feel bad for the mistake. Just very heartfelt helping. I will go here again. Always very clean, always friendly. These are workers who are caring and hardworking.
