Superior Performance
The floors and tables were a mess. They need someone at all times to make sure the dining area is clean for new customers. Also they are charging for the guacamole on the Carne asada bowl and not telling you. The picture makes it appear that it comes on the bowl for $12.10 but they charge you $2.75 ontop of it. False advertising is what it is. Very displeased with the quantity of meat they put on the bowls these days as the prices went up, the amount of food went down. I’m a person who has bought Chipotle 23 times in one month from this very location. It has went downhill.

I felt it necessary to take time out of my day to author this review. Perhaps I have become accustom to subpar service and quality during my time as a regular at the neighboring Granville location. They do the little things here at the Heath location: putting the lettuce on top on the guac so it doesn’t get stuck to the lid. Not to mention the tenderness of the meat, the way the steak glistens when you walk in those two glass doors. You know you’re in for a treat. I give my thanks to the team here, you’re superstars.

Save yourself the frustration from visiting this Chipotle. I requested double protein in my online order and ended up with hardly a single scoop, barely any rice and brown lettuce that looked like it was cut up by a three year old with safety scissors. Based on other reviews and my own experience, it’s astonishing how consistently this Chipotle manages to ignore what you clearly ask (and pay extra) for. At this point, it feels less like a mistake and more like a pattern of not caring.

They are stingy with protien cut it very small compared to other chipotles & then theres barely any pieces in a serving. Both times I have gone protien not cooked through still red and chewy. Digusting but also unsafe. Based on other reviews- stay away from this one at least.will def have to go across town for a better burrito cause this aint it.

Gave us half a scoop of rice then we said screw it just give us double and she said “oh that is double I was just gonna let it go” like what! Same with everything down the line half scoops then her friends came in and she gave them regular scoops and ever meat option with no upcharge then after friends left preceding to do the same half scoops of it all again

Very disappointed in what I got for my dinner. I got all my stuff on the side. And they didn’t even fill my containers up. They wasn’t even half way full. 21st chipotle is way better that this one in heath. It was actually my son’s burrito. And he is 24 years old. And it looked like it was for a 1 year old. Come on now people. That is just ridiculous!!!!!! Never again will I order from chipotle heath.
