Man this crew here at Jack’s all shifts have been great! They always take care of me when I get in! The food has most always been good… Even if an order is wrong and not many I ten years they are quick and happy to make it right! I love this location and the people there! hate leaving bad reviews but man this jacks really sucks. they always forget something from your order and the quality is getting so bad. I’d rather drive all the way to Fairview and get food there instead. love the convenience of having something in holly pond but at this point they might as well close down. if you ask for a 4 piece chicken finger they literally give you bite size pieces & I can’t even count how many times they’ve left out sauce or orange juice. not even worth the money

Myself and some friends meet and eat at Jacks at Holly Pond daily. The people there are excellent as well as the food. I will have to say, the corporation could do better in providing the supplies necessary to operate a customer oriented business like Jacks.

This place has really gone downhill, the food is now way overpriced for the quantity vs price, and the quality is just mediocre. This particular store needs help, may be management is to blame but it’s simply filthy inside and today it looks like it was well staffed. They’ve still got a large plastic Halloween bowl sitting in the front area, I’m guessing it’s from candy from Halloween and here it almost Christmas. It’s the details that matter folks.

It was obvious from the moment I walked in , everything was stocked orderly and spotless staff was friendly and willing to help me choose a meal rather than alacart to save me money the service was quick and courteous food was made to order and was hot and fresh . Great job to the staff working 10.07.2025 closing shift. Definitely returning on our way back.

My family and I live in Fairview and have been getting dinner from Jack’s in HP for a while now. It’s a hit and miss. Tonight was the final straw for me. I’m absolutely done with them. They almost always leave something out. This time, I asked for extra ranch for my salad and only got 1 cup, and the food tasted DISGUSTING. Worst experience by far. Maybe I won’t get sick! So thankful we’re getting a Jack’s in Fairview, because this is the last time I order from Jack’s in Holly Pond.

Over charged on Wed via debit card called to go back and easy tokd not necessary they could credit my debit card without it. Was charged $4 more dollars…. order should have been $28 not $32 today I look and I was credited $4.76 and charged again $32.81. So I have literally paid $65 for a $10.49 and $9.99 meals plus 2 $4. Shakes ……and was told I could call the cooperate office. Will also be going to bank and filling a complaint showing receipts vs what should have been charged and my account showed two charges For $32 each and one for $4
