My family and I ordered a small 1-topping sundae with vanilla custard and crushed nuts on top, a small concrete with chocolate custard and cookie dough pieces, and a small concrete with vanilla custard and peanut butter cup pieces.
The custard itself was delicious. Both the vanilla and chocolate were nicely made custards. The portions for a small were nice. My two boys (ages 2 and 5) split one of the small concretes and it was plenty of ice cream for them.
The most disappointing part was the quantity of mix-ins. There were maybe a couple of pieces of cookie dough in the one concrete? The other concrete barely had any peanut butter cups and they were all concentrated at the bottom. The crushed nuts on the sundae seemed okay.
I wish they had tables to sit at. There are a couple of outdoor benches, so it is a little tricky with kids needing to hold their own ice creams.

I have avoided this location due to noticeable long lines. Today I was preparing myself for the wait but was pleasantly surprised we were able to go right up to the window and order. It was 630pmish on a Tuesday. The custard is great.

went in line pretty quickly but they didn’t have apple pay. almost every store in america has apple pay but Andy’s doesn’t smh. because of that i had to leave the line go in the app and add my card to add money to my balance. i went back in line and it tripled in size. not only that but even the workers didn’t understand you can have money on your loyalty card and it took them almost 3 minutes to understand they can use my check in code to pay for my ice cream because i had money in my balance. it made a quick 5 min stop for icecream become a 30 minute headache. and since my icecream was made a while ago it didn’t taste as great because it sat out in the open for a few minutes. it still tasted good but horrible experience.

Been here many times and I will be coming back forever! Always very busy but the drive thru line usually moves relatively fast. I would highly recommend the 87 Concrete (Travis Kelce’s favorite). Tons of menu options and fantastic staff as well. Keep up the good work, Andy’s!

Just went there recently and the ice cream is good but we ordered two Ice waters and it’s tasted like salt.
Beware of buying ice water from them right now, I called and they said that it is not figured out yet.
Hopefully they address that soon.

I used to be a die hard Dairy Queen fan but they have gone to an ice milk instead of ice cream and Andy’s frozen yogurt is garbage superior. Great service and always quick regardless of the line. Our favorite stop now!
