I’m just going to say what I have to say honestly, this place looks dingy and run down before you go inside once we did, it got no better. It was relatively empty, the salad bar. Looked awful, stale. We really should have just left. But we were hungry. The food was horrible, our waiter was very, very nice. But not interested every time I went to find our waiter, his head was buried in his phone.I had to go get more napkins the wait for a burger in a quesadilla was ridiculous plus it didn’t taste well. My glass of water was awfully dirty. I asked for a to go cup which I knew was a disposable clean one someone please get in there and get this place together maybe a mixture of more train staff along with news staff. So that they know what to do. And what’s expected but at the same time, the older train staff can’t slack, either. Because the new people are watching them.

I was laying on my couch debating door dashing. All I knew I wanted was a baked potato. Then Ruby Tuesday popped up. I forgot how delicious their hickory salmon was. The door dash mark up was enough to get me dressed. I fed my kids lunch and snuck off to hide away . The bar had a few customers. It was pretty quiet. I was greeted and sat by a nice girl. And waited on by another. Sorry I didnt catch any names, I was clearly on a mission. Food was fast and delicious. Ill be back.

We had a wonderful dining experience! Elaine was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. She mentioned the daily specials prior to our ordering our meals. She was attentive to our needs and answered any questions we had regarding the menu. Our meal was delivered promptly after ordering. The food was delicious. We plan to visit again.

We frequently stop at Ruby Tuesday for lunch on Wednesdays. Elaine usually waits on us. She is amazing – so friendly and nice. She’s a large part of the reason we return as much as we do. I usually get the salad bar, and she checks in to make sure our meal is great. The salad bar is always clean and neat and stocked. It has healthy items, too – it’s impressive to see a salad bar as nice as this one.

Came in early afternoon, was waited on by Elaine who was an absolute delight. I got ribs which were really good, my boyfriend tore up his entire plate as well. Nice and clean, good drinks (and drink prices). Plan on returning for Elaine and happy hour 🙂

I hadn’t been to Ruby Tuesday in a hot minute, and my son had never been so we decided to visit the southern shopping center location. Our wonderful waitress Nya took care of us from the moment we sat down. She was very pleasant and super attentive! The drink, appetizer, dinner and dessert were wonderful. We’ll be back and hope to see Nya.

We are so happy we came to eat here. Sam was excellent. She promptly served us our beverages and appetizers and our toddler seemed like she had a taste of paradise as she enjoyed the marinara pasta. We had a terrible experience at a local restaurant and Sam really made our night. Thanks Sam and shoutout to The great staff here.

Food is more expensive side according to the price. We ordered stuffed mushrooms, rib eye with baked potato and rib eye n ribs combo. The baked potato came with nothing. I asked for butter n sour cream separately. It seemed like they prepared the food n served it without any care. Just threw it in a plate. Steak n rib were good though. And the waitress forgot our stuffed mushrooms though she apologised n its okay. I wish i didn’t order it. Just some can mushroom with cheesy sauce not worth the money.

Got there right before 1pm. Only 2 others ladies are they’re dining together on Friday. My waitress from Portland was the nicest, most attentive! The salad bar was clean n freshly stocked. I ordered the Impossible burger w a baked potato. The burger was burnt, the potato was cold, the sweet tea was see through. The manager didn’t care, didn’t want to speak too me, pr recook the food. Paid $26 for trash burger n potato. The salad was good! This manager should be fired.
