Patty’s is an old school diner. Food is made fresh to order. We went for breakfast. Portions are huge and delicious. They have a large menu. But they will customize. Our waitress, Erin was fun and attentive.

A good place to stop by, good portions of food, fresh orange juice (not canned fruit ). Hot chocolate is a miss, rest all are good to see and good to eat.

Come hungry because they plan to feed you well! This place is a hidden gem. The food is exceptional. Gourmet flavors at a very reasonable price! Thick bacon, fresh fruit, squeezed orange juice, bacon bloody mary, everything was so fresh and perfectly cooked! We loved this place so much we came back the next day! Be warned the building and interior is dated, but that doesn’t even matter when the food and service is so good!

Service was terrible. Extremely slow, we got checked on twice in the hour and 30 minutes we were there.Potatoes were very undercooked. Worst part was their building is dangerously damaged and cared for. They have major roof leaks with visible black mold and they even had a storage bin on top of their big red wheel collecting dripping water from a poorly repaired hole in the roof……

Eggcelent senior breakfast lunch and dinner location! I am not a senior but I can tell you it’s perfect! Wowza the food is delicious and the menu is vast. One of the few places that has a big menu but can actually deliver! Very nice waitresses and location. Payton was very helpful and really a great waitress. The parking lot looks ghetto but don’t let that confuse you about the wonderful place inside.

Far from the cheapest but not bad for a little diner. In on a quiet holiday weekend getting Toyota maintenance done across the street – very convenient if you need to do this as well. Quick service and pretty tasty.

Stopped in for a senior breakfast…pleasantly surprised with good coffee, biscuit and gravy offering was quite good, egg was perfect, potatoes were tasty, the two sausages were ample…just needed a wee bit more gravy on the fluffy biscuit. Eggs Benedict was tastey, just add a wee bite.on to the sauce to nail it!!! Service was friendly and timely…with refills of coffee. Old school diner, funky, and interesting.

Went here a few days ago and I tell ya what! The food was outstanding I had country fried steak and the portions are enough to take a second meal home lol. The service was excellent every time I have been here all the waitresses have treated me very well and are very quick with anything you need! Would definitely recommend 15/10 if your hungry and want somewhere good to go look no further!
