Mozz is a high quality, artisan pizza experience. We source ingredients locally whenever possible from various farmers and artisans throughout the state of Utah. Every single item is made fresh from scratch, including our dough. Our sourdough is made using traditional bread making techniques and only requires 3 ingredients: water, salt and flour. This dough is left to develop flavor for 2-3 days in order to deliver the best quality and taste possible. All of this comes together to create dishes that taste as good as they sound.

Absolutely fantastic! The quality of the cheese and sauce is perfect. The sourdough crust has the perfect chewiness, and texture! The Speck pizza was my absolute favorite, but all the others were also great. Every bite was pure bliss! This is the best pizza that I have had in Utah by far. No wonder it ranked in the top 60 best pizzas on yelp!! 10/10 must try!

I came here with friends on Friday, and I liked it so much I came back with my husband on Saturday! The sourdough crust is scrumptious! I also like that you can get a side of vinegar and oil for dipping your pizza. The drinks are tasty too!

We were excited to try this place. I’ve had brick oven pizza all over Europe and know what to look for as far as char on and under the crust.

This place disappointed big time. The first photo is the $8 garlic bread. Not only was it burnt but looks to have soot on the top. I can’t believe they served this to me. I should have opened the box before I left the restaurant. The garlic all pooled into the crevices. I wanted to toss it, but didn’t want to waste food.

Then the meat pizza was on ozempic as my daughter commented. I should have taken a photo. For a 12 inch pizza, there were like five slices of pepperoni and a sprinkle of sausage. The bottom of the crust did not have the nice char but a dark soot like layer as well. The second pizza, a chicken one, had a little bit more toppings, but the bottom crust had the same issue. The toppings tasted fresh and delicious, but that was it.

We have a small wood-burning pizza oven at home that goes up to 900°. I make two extra crusts because I know the first two will be covered in a layer of soot as it is being cooked, so those are tossed. I wonder if my order suffered the same fate since we were the first customer at opening hour.

All in all I paid $45 for three items that had burnt crusts and minimal toppings.

The standard unit of measurement for an Italian style pizza is the Margherita. Mozz does a fantastic job! No complications, nothing fancy that would distract from the simplicity of a great pizza. Just plain a plain old fashioned Italian pizza. Absolute home run.

Delicious food, pretty atmosphere and chill vibes! We got the Meat Pizza, it was filling and tasty. The Speck was so yummy too w/arugula. Cheese bread and the Caesar salad were delicious! Will def be back soon!

This sourdough wood-fired pizza is everything you hope for when you hear the words artisan and fire-kissed. The crust is the star, light and airy with that subtle sourdough tang, blistered just enough from the wood fire to give it a perfect balance of chew and char. Each bite has depth, not just crunch.

The toppings feel thoughtfully restrained, letting quality shine over quantity. The sauce is bright and balanced, the cheese melts into creamy pockets without overwhelming the crust, and the wood-fired oven brings a gentle smokiness that ties it all together.

It’s the kind of pizza that doesn’t need hype or gimmicks, just great ingredients, real craft, and a blazing hot oven. Simple, soulful, and deeply satisfying.

And the service is always great!

I liked the atmosphere and service, but not the pizza or the price. All of our pizzas were overcooked (pretty burnt), and I noticed other table’s pizza looked the same. The burnt bottom and crust affected the flavor of the pizza, and it was not great. And to make things worse, it was so expensive. I would personally not go back, as there are much better options. Wasn’t a huge fan of the soda options either.

Was so excited to come back after a while. They were very busy but it took 30 minutes to get our pizza. The pizzas were decent but both pizzas were pretty dang burnt on the bottom. We were bummed because it hurts to pay a premium and have them be burned pretty bad :/
