Looking for a great comfort food with the diner experience go check out the Tic Toc diner. Walked right in sat down and within a few minutes Ms Victory came over to our table greeted us very politely and took our drink order. When she came back we were ready to order our food OMG wife said she had the best burger and fries I had the awesome chicken tenders and fries. Our friends had the burger and fries too and the marinade chicken breast. Everything was amazing. We know now next time we are here in New Orleans definitely coming back to the Tic Toc Cafe and a shout out to Mama T and Ms. Victory

One of those places you want in every town, but not ruin the general atmosphere of a small diner. Food was perfectly cooked and quick. The steak sandwich was exactly what I wanted and what I expected. The picture was after I had cut it in half cause that’s the way I roll and does absolutely no justice for its size or taste.

I stopped by Tic-Toc Café while coming in from Atlanta, just looking to grab some food — and man, this place did not disappoint. The food is honestly better than Waffle House, with way better quality and flavor. Customer service was on point too — friendly, fast, and welcoming. I just wish this spot wasn’t so far from me, because I’d be here all the time. Definitely worth the stop!

I tried this place for the first time today and I really enjoyed it. I went for breakfast. It was full but not overly crowded and the ambiance was nice.. had the pancake breakfast and it was excellent. My server was friendly and the staff have great personality. I’d definitely go back again

I never want to say a place is racist but when you’re African American you catch the vibes. Barely was welcomed in and told to sit anywhere. I was a server in the quarters so I always tip on top of the tip. But this waitress wasn’t even busy and still never came to check on us (it’s a while in the wall) I asked for chicken tenders and pancakes off the à la carte and was still charged $15 for 2 pancakes and 2 chicken strips that came out the bag. Let’s just say never again. Pancakes were good tho!

They were busy, but got to us right away. Service was prompt and friendly. They have a great fun vibe, with lots of fun things to laugh at hung on the walls. The food was good solid diner food, just what we wanted.
We met the owner on the way out, nice guy added the cherry on top of our experience there. Highly recommend if your in the area.

The food was delicious. I visited this place three times during my trip to New Orleans. I didn’t like how one of the cooks accused me of lying for a free biscuit. I ordered and paid for an extra one, but it wasn’t in my order. I noticed when I returned to my hotel and came back to show proof of my order with a receipt. When I arrived the third time, I ordered a couple of biscuits, and I felt like someone with three heads with the response I got. I guess the lady was upset that I didn’t tip for such a small order, gave me a cold response, and tossed my order of biscuits. I tipped during my previous two visits. During my first visit, my service was kind and friendly. I’d recommend this place to someone looking for a bite to eat. Some of the workers could improve their customer service etiquette.
