Really didn’t feel like driving back, I already submitted a complaint online. I try to be understanding but there’s no excuses for being negligent when it comes to food preparation.

Me and hubby went there Saturday night for a date night. We ordered the sampler which was fried pickles wings the new tenders and mozzarella sticks .. I ordered the street tacos and bunny ordered the bacon double burger with the Mac n cheese …. Service was good but the food .. not . The fried pickles were not done and had no flavor the wings we ordered came out boneless when we ordered reg wings. The mozzarella sticks were horrible and not done the tenders were ok but no fried long enough … His burger dry and the Mac and cheese came out cold . My street tacos the pork was dry and not how they use to be. We were not happy at all being that we get a date night once in a blue. I got a long island ice tea which honestly was watered down we have completely canceled this place out in the future esp since the bill was almost 90 bucks including tip

Our bill for 2 was over $100 but our service was terrible. After our server gave us our food she never came back until it was the time for our check. No refills on our drinks. Nowadays it’s a special treat to go out for dinner, for this to be the way we are served is unfair. We still gave 20% of tip in the end.

I’ve come here several times the food is normally very good and the service is quick. The waitresses are very nice and I like that they’re not pushy to get you out. I will say my last time going away each disappointment, though they had like three deals going on to bongo burgers deals and I think buy one get one free wings. We waited about two hours. It was horrible. We weren’t paying attention to how long we were there because we were enjoying our atmosphere in our children from winning a football game. It was the first time I almost froze to death in a restaurant too. I had to ask someone for their hoodie. Like I said the restaurant is normally great and the service is normally great and of course the food but I know next time to never go there on a day they have several deals going on. They may have also been understaffed that day. And the second we decided to just walk out and forget all the food it came out, but the food was cold like it had been sitting for a long time. The manager did fix the situation which I do appreciate. I will be back though.

The place is only okay when you go in person. The wings are wildly inconsistent though. Sometimes they are great, but about half of the time they are very dry.
Don’t even consider ordering from here on Door Dash. They don’t seem to care about your order since you aren’t there in person, they feel it doesnt matter.
I ordered the All American burger, and it came with NOTHING on it. These burgers are usually amazing when you go in person, but It only had cheese, meat, and bread. I went back and reviewed my order on DoorDash and confirmed that it was supposed to have lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo, mustard, and pickled. They were obviously more concerned about getting the order out fast than they were actually getting it right.
Door Dash only refunded me $4.5, which is ridiculous for a $17 burger that came with NOTHING on it.
Go in person , only if there is a deal. Never, ever order delivery from this establishment.

Food here was pretty good. Prices were fair as well with deal they had on their app. If you plan to pick up an order on the weekend, I would not bother. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes at least on top of the time they said the order would be ready. They were super busy which is understandable, but is unfortunate for those who pick up.

The wings were delicious! First time at a buffalo wild wings meat was a little more undercooked then i do them at home but that must be their secret recipe or something pretty good either way so what do i know. normally don’t eat the meat when it’s still pink but i guess they know better then me.
