The food is fine the atmosphere is decent and good customer service. I bought the Wednesday meal it comes with 10 pieces of chicken nuggets, fries and four mystery sauce and a bloody Raven frosty.

I went inside Wendy’s to place and order because I wanted to use the app for free 6 piece nuggets if you bought a meal. The manager took my order and scanned the app for the free 6 piece nuggets. I received my meal but no nuggets. The incompetent manager said I should’ve told him I was getting the free 6 piece nuggets. He scanned the app on my phone for the nuggets. The meal was cold and nasty!!!!Dont eat here if the manager doesn’t know his job!!!!!

I am not trying to be mean but lady did not give me 60 cents change until I asked for it. I requested 4 ketchup and she did not give and then got an attitude when I asked. The fries were so old and dry like it was the last of the last that they were almost inedible. I told the lady not to be mean but these are so old and hard and she ignored me, rolled her eyes and walked away. This happened December 22nd at 2:20 pm. I am not trying 5o be mean but it was so unnecessarily rude and the fries were so bad they shoukd have replaced or refunded.

I just went to this Wendy’s after visiting amons and they served me black hair in my pub fries! Absolutely disgusting. Sad part I had to go back and get the fries bc the girl “forgot” to give them to me. I will never be back . When I get home I’m uploading pictures. Edit: I forgot to add the picture. And someone might be like that’s my hair… 1. it was baked in the cheese. Had to really move some bacon around to get it out and 2. My hair is light .

No good work ethics, can’t follow simple customer needs in a order. You have to ask for ketchup, napkins and a damn straw. Junior cheese burgers don’t come with bacon on it! Hope someone actually reads these reviews and take them seriously. 2025 and your still can’t get it right Wendys location

They were very sweet. The guy who handed me my food was considerate enough to apologize for the tiny bit of coffee that had pooled in the coffee cup’s lid. The food was hot and newly prepared. Definitely go to this Cherry Hill location. Mind the roundabout!!!

I loved this location until recently. I got my order completely wrong at one point and the manager called me to let me know that I should expect a $25 gift card in my mail within a few weeks. It’s been two months and no gift card. On top of that, every time I come through the drive thru it takes forever, especially if I order their chicken wraps. The night shift is a no-go too. They always will mess up your order and whenever I eat inside all I hear is people coming in from the drive thru complaining. Also they will keep your food next to chemicals for cleaning.
They don’t salt their fries either!! They dump them straight from the frier and serve as is, so if you’re concerned about sodium, come here because they’re too lazy to get out a dang salt shaker. If you request them to salt your fries, They take it back, wait til it’s nice a cold, and give you back your original fries. I wanted to like this location but not only have they wasted my time and money but also my patience. Beyond sick of this place.

arrived in the drive thru around 11:45 pm to be ignored and even after driving around the building to see the employees inside sitting in the dining room having a conversation but still ignored with no indication of closing early as the posted time states 1 a.m. and the drive thru screen appears to be up and running. Even after making eye contact and seeing me taking pictures of them standing around, not even the slightest attempt to indicate they’re closed early, just refused to serve myself and several other confused visitors that have been cruising the the drive thru here.
