My server was Zaira and she was awesome! She was warm and friendly and had an upbeat demeanor. She recommended a few drinks to me and I went with the Mai tai. Delicious! Her service and attention was impeccable! My only complaint is the old furniture. I wish they had new tables and seats.

Got me a smash burger and it was on par with a McDonald’s cheeseburger. When she brought it out I thought I ordered off the kids menu. If it wasn’t a Monday special that came with a salad bar I would have been pretty upset about the situation.

This is my second time traveling through Waycross and stopping at this location for lunch. I’ve been thinking about that salad bar since the first time I came through. We had the same server both times and I wish I would have caught her name. She was friendly and attentive to any need we had checking on us regularly. My daughter and I both had the salad bar and a burger. Everything was fresh, fast, and tasted great!

Ruby Tuesday in Waycross Ga, should really consider closing the doors. The restaurant itself just looks and feels dirty. Everything is sticky, carpet is beyond filthy. The salad bar is an embarrassment to the name. Old salad to say the least. The staff is shorthanded and does not care to serve the paying customers. The food was well below average and my fish was extremely greasy. Need new management to say the least. Update the restaurant or close the doors. It’s pitiful.

I went in for lunch by myself on crutches. my server was an absolute sweetheart. I wanted a salad with m meal and being on crutches couldn’t go to the salad bar. she had me write down what I wanted on my salad and made it for me. my steak was delicious. my server was wonderful. when I come back to Waycross I will definitely dine here again.

Good service and good food. But some things I seen were a little icky. I went to the salad bar, and had to go through 5 plates to find a clean one. Visibility food still on there and the one I finally picked, still felt dirty. I got the chicken parm. Was good but chicken has a bit strange texture but we will come back hopefully will cleanser

We were seated promptly on a Saturday evening and greeted almost immediately afterwords by our pleasant, helpful server Lindsey. My sister and I each ordered the bourbon salmon that we agreed was perfectly prepared to a medium pink. We each chose and enjoyed different sides. We appreciated Lindsey offering us the option to choose from a selection of side dishes. After delicious entrees, we shared a decadent warm brownie sundae. Totally satisfying experience.

This is by far the worst restaurant in Waycross. I placed an order showed up when it was supposed to be done and I been standing here for 40 mins. Took 15 mins to even be acknowledged. I was looked at several times but it was like no one even cared to ask why I was standing at the bar. The manager is running around like he is about to cry. And I’m just not sure why they are so stressed out with only 2 tables in the entire restaurant…. It’s really sad honestly.
-edit- just got home with my food and the orders are all wrong. I mean you tell them no tomato etc etc on your burger and they give you a tomatonator . And again it’s not because they are busy it’s because they just don’t care about their job.

Anna was amazing! She got me everything I needed as quickly as possible, she was incredibly friendly, and always had a smile while doing her job! I would definitely recommend asking for her if you stop by, you won’t be disappointed. Food was great and the drinks were perfect!

Went to Rugby Tuesday and had a great time. Food and drinks were on point, but Anna really made it for us. She was chill, friendly, and kept everything moving without us ever having to ask. Super easy experience and good vibes all around. Definitely coming back and asking for Anna again.
