When I get to the window to pay. They had a handheld. And it asked if I wanted to tip, with the percentages visible……. Didn’t know how I honestly feel about that. But the good was great. I feel I over payed for 1 burger meal and an extra burger only. Came to $17. Before the tip……. I was surprised…

I used to love burgerville. They used to cook your burger when it was ordered now they are cooked ahead of time. It was great then because the cheese would be melted and now my cheese didn’t melt at all. I was able to pull the cheese off without breaking it. I have talked with corporate and they said to ask the counter person to have my order to be cooked fresh and out of 4 times I’ve asked only one time it happened. The fries were hot and delicious.

Saint Helens has limited options for eating out and Burgerville has always been a go to, but I just can’t justify it anymore. The quality keeps going down and the prices keep going up!
Posting a pic of a Tillamook Pepper Bacon Cheeseburger to show how good we used to have it.
It’s like something happened around 2016 and the quality has gone downhill ever since…

TLDR; pretty average food, vegetarian options are bleak
We stopped to get a quick bite before driving on to Eugene. Between the two of us we ordered a bacon burger, two regular fries – one with ketchup and one with chipotle mayo, and a dairy free chocolate sundae.
The burger was super meh – the ‘plain Jane’ version of a burger essentially. The fries are decent, although the chipotle mayo has an odd taste to it. I’d recommend just sticking to plain ole ketchup. The dairy free sundae was probably the best of all the think we ordered. Their ice cream machine was broken, which is why they brought us the dairy free version – I was skeptical at first but it really didn’t feel like I missed out one anything.
Service is nice – they do bring your food up to your table after you order at the counter.

We took a detour from I-5 to avoid construction traffic and stopped at the Burgerville at 715 S Columbia River Hwy in St Helens, OR 97051 because the kids love Burgerville and were hungry. This location truly shines with its commitment to using locally sourced ingredients, making for a fresher and more sustainable meal. The atmosphere is welcoming, perfect for both locals and travelers. If you’re looking for a place that supports local producers and serves delicious food, this Burgerville is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Late night dinner bite at Burgerville after a long drive through Oregon. The place was packed ten minutes before closing. When the time was right, I entered the drive through and a soft spoken gal asked me what I wanted to order. I glanced at the menu screen, for what seemed an eternity, and decided to get the most intimidating burger. The 1/2# Colossal Burger was nothing but a mouthful. The attendant was very polite and made sure I got my order straight. I added a side of waffley fries and a mint patty shake to the mix. The burger was not too intimidating in person, but quickly satisfied my taste buds. The mint patty shake was a cool way to neutralize the meal. Minty fresh!

Have had a handful of bad experiences here but mostly all good. Today I was given an undercooked no6 1/2 burger that was also literally soaked in grease and uncooked beef juice. Unfortunately in today’s economy a $13 burger of that quality means I will not be returning. The employees are nice but the cost is not worth it in the slightest. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Always comforting to be able to get consistent taste, service and familiar meals no matter where you go..consistently friendly cashiers and overall positive experience. Tried seasonal shake and cider drink. Would recommend to others and will visit again soon.

The fries were cold after I went back because they forgot them. I made it all the way home. The french fries were freezing cold and the other fries that they forgot to give me when I went back after driving 8 miles round-trip were freezing cold. I had to put them in the air fryer. I would’ve just made french fries at home.
