Such friendly staff. So empty and I wasn’t aware as to why. It’s the food. I spent $64 and everything just was terrible. Alfredo had no sauce so couldn’t taste any sauce. Chicken was weird tasting. Shrimp was okay, paid $20 to add the meat and it was given to the dog after bites later. I think my biggest disappointment was the Stromboli. I ordered because it’s a birthday today and I didn’t want to cook. Totally regret it because everyone’s dinner was worth going to McDonald’s for. Very friendly, but your food is overpriced with no flavor. No sauce to go with my spaghetti when I dumped it to go with the chicken it was watery so water has been incorporated with the sauce.. but the half sandwich for $8 is crazy… when it literally doesn’t even look good or like a Stromboli. More customers will come when you charge people for what the food is worth. I have never made a review but my boyfriend literally ate chicken and shrimp and there was literally no Alfredo sauce so I looked so silly.

My fiancé took me to Martino’s for Valentine’s Day because he knew it was on my list of places to explore in Kokomo and that I love Italian cuisine. Getting to the location was easy; parking was simple and available. Inside of the restaurant is beautiful and huge! So much seating space! First thing I noticed that the customers seat themselves and that there wasn’t many folks inside of the restaurant, especially at 8pm on Valentine’s Day (which is also a Saturday). Personally I prefer not waiting 30 minutes for a table, so I didn’t mind the lack of customers. When we found our table, we were greeted by our waitress who was super kind and accommodating. The menu was simple and they have a bar. I ordered a Tuscan Sunset and my man ordered an Italian Margarita. Our drinks were really tasty (I preferred his, but they were both enjoyable and subtle). In terms of the food, the first thing I noticed is that it’s not authentic (if it is, it doesn’t meet authentic Italian quality). It was edible, but it didn’t have that quality to it. (IYKYK) However, they had Brussel sprouts (pretty sure store-bought and frozen) which was alright with me. I believe if the owners leaned into true Italian cuisine and provided fresh, prepared daily dishes this restaurant would thrive! This place needs some true Italian passion brought back into it and it would be 10 /10. Regardless, even if the food was mediocre, we’d probably return and try it again just because of the staff and charming atmosphere.

This place is such a gem. I have lived in the area for the past year and a half, and had sadly never heard of it till recently. Servings were large, price was good, and I love how the entrees come with two sides and garlic bread. We got ice cream with our dinner, and the scoop size was a steal for only two bucks. Overall great time, and they have gum ball machines!

So usually I would give this place 5 stars. Usually when we come here from out of town it’s awesome. The older guy, maybe the owner is usually there. He wasn’t this time, it seemed like they were just off their game. We love this place and we will absolutely be back and I hope it’s back to normal. I still 100% would say to give this place a shot. The food is usually great, I’m looking forward to returning and giving them a 5 star review.

Food tasted sub par. Noodles were both undercooked and soggy at the same time. The fettuccine was terrible, the rolla vacca was passable at best, and everything else tasted like it was air fried on the extra crisp setting

The food was good, but the service was exceptional ! She took the time to explain what we ordered and recommended other ways to order to save money. She was great, we have not been here since it was sold, but now we will be back often.

Great spot for pizza and a salad! Their menu was full of other dishes I would have wanted to try. This would be a great place for parties, date night, or out with friends. Waitress was great. Restroom was clean. There is a separate bar area. If your on your way through Kokomo this is a spot to consider!

I was shocked at how good the pizza is! I don’t think there was anyone else in the restaurant while we were there (off time, mid afternoon). It feels upscale but it’s pizza so how good can it be? Um, very. I love that ground sausage instead of chunks. So. Good.

Do not eat here! I felt sorry for the waitress. She was very good and should be working in a nice restaurant with good food. The food here was very bad. There’s nothing good to say about it, no flavor, tastes like it was made with the cheapest off the shelf ingredients, zero flavor.

Ordered to go baked spaghetti and mancotti. Neither had an Italian taste. Very bland. Spaghetti didn’t have much sauce. Two pieces of Mancotti with no Italian seasoning!
No garlic flavor on the bread, just tasted like oily butter.
I ordered house Italian dressing for a salad, got vinegar and oil. Ordered an extra ranch for the other salad and only got one.
No eating utensils or napkins! Will not patronize again! Wish I could post a picture of the two pieces of mancotti!
