Employees need education on allergens in items. I went there and they claimed everything I ordered was safe and free of eggs, which by looking on their website or door dash, is not the case, management needs to do a better job of informing and training their employees on food allergens, I’m lucky I didn’t immediately trust their word and double checked before digging in. This is a constant issue when I go out, most employees (at the fault of management) are not educated and informed on the items and most common allergens (as they should be for the safety of customers and children with allergies that won’t think to look and will consume a possibility deadly allergen). I love taco bell and the service is always wonderful but management needs to step it up before they start stacking bodies and get a lawsuit.

If i could give it a 0 I would. What is the reason the workers hold back so much on quesadillas? Like the amount of ingredients gets taken out of their pay checks? It’s all tortilla with a dash of cheese and a hint of chicken

Extremely rude staff, I tried to call DoorDash and everything, I live about 8 minutes away, WHY WOULD I DRIVE TO YOUR STORE AND BRING PROOF OF NOT GETTING ANY FOOD IF I HAD IT. I’m not tha desperate to get multiple tacos. Refused to look at my delivery photo where it shows one tiny bag where there should have been 13 different items. Refused to help and acted shitty despite being polite and just trying to ask the to remake the food that we spent 30$ on. If I brought multiple proofs of getting none of my food and even a picture of not getting it delivered, why would I need to bring the bag of food. WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE IF I BRING YOU A BAG WOTH ONE TACO??? I bet they would have accused me of taking out the other food to get it for free. I’m writing this review for my roommate who I live with who was kind enough to order us dinner and we got NOTHING. This is why yall have terrible reviews because you have staff who couldn’t be bothered. I work in a resort where if a customer was clearly trying to show you proof of something wrong they would atleast try and help fix it. Thanks for nothing

Ordered an mobile order and arrived at the location. Told the employee my name when I arrived at the drive thru and they told me to pull around. After waiting for about 10 minutes I arrived at the window to be told that someone 3 cars ahead of me had already picked up my order. I was disappointed but I assumed they would simply remake my order and correct it. However, the woman in the drive thru told me that I will not be getting any food and that I needed to use the app in order to get a refund.

Ordered through the drive through, the food that we received was horrible! The soft tacos only had beef and cheese with no lettuce. The chicken cantina taco was all around burnt and the cheesy Gordita crunch was not fresh and tasted old. I would not recommend the Perkins Avenue Taco Bell to anyone. Terrible experience, not going back!

Worst Taco Bell food prep I have ever experienced in my 40+ years. My family ordered seven Tacos, and each Taco had maybe .3 or .5 ounce of meat. I couldn’t taste anything else on it. Ridiculous to say the least.
The experienced killed me after a full day of enjoying Cedar Point. We wanted to get something fast and choose TB. What a mistake. Don’t waste time and money on this location. The manager must be terrible permitting that low of quality food go out the door.
If you are at Cedar Point and need fast food after go to the McDonald’s closest to the park. We have been there several times and the food is like the advertisements.
Avoid this TB like the plague.

We recieved all of the correct items but I’ve never seen them put together so terribly.
We got 2 grilled cheese burritos. 1 regular, 1 with steak (photo is of the steak). Both of ours had the meat only in half of the burrito. My tortilla was completly torn and barely held together by the cheese on the outside specifically had the first half was dry and only had the red strips and the last half was everything else.
Fast food isn’t cheap anymore and I expected the ingredients to at least be somewhat spread out. Also didn’t get our receipt either so no other way to give a review since we don’t even have an order number.

Absolute trash. Ordered 2 soft shells, 2 steak quesadillas, 2 chalupas and 1 crunch wrap supreme. It was $36+ and it was all mostly tortilla – the fillings were barely sprinkled in, maybe a tablespoon of actual meat. I don’t know what happened to Taco Bell, but I won’t be back.

If there were an option for zero stars, this Taco Bell would’ve earned it ten times over. The employees here seem to treat their job like a game—except the goal is to see just how badly they can screw up your order every single time. It’s not even an accident at this point; it feels deliberate. Missing items? Check. Cold food? Check. Wrong ingredients despite being repeated three times? Every single visit.
This place isn’t just bad. It’s actively hostile to the idea of customer service. Save yourself the frustration and take your appetite anywhere else.
