Maddison was awesome! Super friendly and on top of everything the whole time. She made sure our food came out perfect and kept our drinks filled without us even asking. You can tell she really cares about her customers — definitely one of the best servers we’ve had at IHOP. We’ll be asking for her next time for sure!

I haven’t been to an IHOP in several years even though this one is only a mile from my condo. Now that is going to change. My server Maddie was amazing. She was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast sampler was spot on and perfectly presented. Of course the coffee was great. I would give the service 10 stars if i could. No more drive-thrus for me.

We had Bernadette she was literally amazing. Quite literally my best friend. Her humor is amazing, her attitude is amazing her service is quick and she was the only server tonight. I haven’t been to ihop in forever and now I know why….our server was Hanna. She was okay..didn’t offer great service, forgot our waters, and definitely forgot to put our food in. The icing on the cake was her literally following us out of the restaurant asking why she only got a 15% tip. It was crazy…I had never experienced that before. I considered going in and speaking with a manager but we decided to leave and just never go back.

The service was excellent. The pancakes were good. My only complaint is that the company should offer non dairy options for creamer or non dairy milk- even if only almond milk. They also did not have honey. It’s a great place for people with no dietary restrictions. They were able to prepare my eggs with just oil and no butter. Was very thankful for that.
