Royal Bavaria in Moore, Oklahoma, is a fantastic spot for authentic German cuisine! The atmosphere feels like a cozy Bavarian farmhouse, complete with great decor and a welcoming biergarten. The food is spot-on, perfectly executed Jagerschnitzel, buttery spaetzle, and hearty dishes that taste homemade. Their house-brewed beers are a great too. Friendly service and true Bavarian hospitality make it worth the visit. Highly recommend for anyone craving real German flavors in OK! Prost!

The food was amazing. We went during a wedding, so we were seated in another room with limited lighting. The service was still good—staff seemed understandably a bit distracted by the wedding, but that’s to be expected.

Holy moly, you’re in for a treat! GREAT food and equal service. We didn’t have a reservation but I called to see if we could get in, the gentleman on the phone said yes. We get there and the hostess said it’ll be an hr and half, I said I just called. The manager came over and set us right down. Getting greeted at the table took a minute, but it was well worth it! Absolutely fantastic food!! The dill dressing on the house salads is basically life changing. Wait staff was amazing! I would 10/10 recommend this place!

This place was great, came on a Monday night when it wasn’t too busy and everything was hot, fresh and delicious. The staff were also very attentive and helpful.

two things: this is by far the best german/bavarian food you will find in oklahoma, and make sure you go on a thursday for the all you can eat buffet. the food and atmosphere is transportive, and you will already be thinking about your next visit before you finish your meal. the goulash was one of the best i’ve ever had. i also heard they have live music on the weekends.

Okay, this is a hard one for me because German food isn’t my favorite. I went in knowing that. But, my husband, who does like German food loved the food here. The atmosphere is probably what you’d expect if you’d ever been to a German restaurant. Lots of stuff on the walls, lots of heavy wood. It’s nice. The entrance situation is kind of confusing. The main door kinda has a secret door vibe. But last time we were there everyone checked in around the back, so we did that this time and they sent us inside to check in. Alright. So we did and that put us on the wrong side of the check in area so other people that were coming in that way were being helped while we kinda stood there until I let them know we we’re waiting to be seated. Not a huge deal, just some confusion. We were seated immediately. There was an accordion player, that was nice. The staff dresses very festively. They actually do serve beer in a glass boot, totally cute. The whole place is very loud but that’s not off putting. It goes with the territory of live music and a crowded restaurant. The service was wonderful. Our waiter was very attentive and quick and his area was busy! Good on him! The parking lot is gravel, but there’s plenty of parking. There’s indoor and outdoor dining. The mixed bread basket (it was on the menu, not just given), was wonderful and by far my favorite thing we had. I ordered the jagerbratten, and the hubs got the meat loaf. We both had a salad. My only complaint really is the tables. The tables have wood all around the bottom so chairs can’t be pushed in all the way which makes it a little crowded. Also, I’m 5′ tall. So, for me, I’m not tall enough to sit and put my feet on the floor but if I scoot back I’m in the way and I can’t reach my food. So I have to sit with my feet on the wooden ledge, which isn’t a big deal until it’s time to scoot my chair in or out. But, that’s definitely a me problem and not a restaurant problem because I definitely do not expect them to cater specifically to the 5′ and under crowd. Overall, it was a good, festive time. The atmosphere is lively and energetic. Definitely worth a try if you’re looking for something different.

We were able to snag a last minute reservation, and had a lovely dinner. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. A manager stopped by to check on us and chatted with us for a bit telling us about the history of the restaurant and inspiration for a lot of the menu. We enjoyed a beer flight tasting the beer they make in house as we listened to the accordion player. Overall a really fun and unique restaurant!

Our son picked Royal Bavaria for a Family Birthday dinner. I made reservations at the beginning of the week. I thought that I was going to leave a message but someone answered and then the manager returned my call on Sunday evening to confirm. Both people I talked to were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful experience with excellent service from Sam during our dinner on Friday night. All of our food was excellent and they accommodated our group of 7 quickly. The food was delicious.

Took the Lady for some German food: and we had high hopes from the reviews.
The atmosphere is very nice and they have live music on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Our Waitress, Kaitlyn, was very nice, and helped us with the menu and made some great recommendations.
The food: Outstanding. The pretzel was so damn good and seriously the beer cheese was the best I have ever had in my life.
Look at the pics: just absolutely delicious.
We both ordered a meal, and an appetizer, and a flight and dessert and had leftovers and it was under $80: you can beat that for the quality.
The manager came over and asked how we were doing and he stated that about 90% of everything there is made from scratch and I believe him: you can taste the quality and I have been in Germany (Neustadt and the surrounding areas) and ate there plenty and it 100 percent compares.
We will be back when our family comes visit and of course this will be a regular staple (especially during the fall) for date night!

Absolutely amazing! Everything we had was amazing. Definitely recommend the lamb chops. Kids loved the schnitzel. And the Oktoberfest pretzel was delicious! For desert we had the fried apples and they were so good! Lots of gluten free options as well. 10/10, will definitely be back!
