Extraordinary personal touch to our visit by the owner, our first visit to Milan and 5 star reviews of this restaurant are so true. It’s one of the most flavorful meals that we had in a long time. We ordered tandoori chicken platter, paneer tikka and samosa for appetizer. Both chicken and paneer rokna were scrumptious. For main course we ordered butter chicken, karahi paneer and dal tadka. All 3 of them were delish and balance of spice and flavor which is very difficult to achieve. If you are in the area and craving for desi food this one is a must go!

We were visiting Milan and after a few days of Pizza & Pasta we were craving Desi food. Ended up at Dawat and OMG what an experience! If you are looking for authentic Indian food with all the right spices this is your place. The owner Ashwinder was a DELIGHT to meet. He personally helped us choose what to order and was a part of the experience through out. Being a Pakistani living away from Pakistan this visit to Dawat was suchhh a treat for us not only because of the AMAZING food but because of his hospitality and interaction with us throughout. From starters to desserts it was a wonderful experience. 100% recommended for anyone who is visiting Milan! Thank you Ashwinder and Dawat!

Came in on my own with no reservation on a busy Saturday night: I was given a very decent table and waited very courteously by the staff. The food is generous, well cooked, and very authentic tasting. By the time I left, the whole dining room was full and tables had already changed once. Very recommendable!
