Amazing turnaround! This location is now amazing that Tamara works here!! So we’ve had multiple experiences where waiting an hour for our food, the drive-thru just isn’t moving, and we suck it up because we and the kids love Taco Bell. So just had a visit, and wow, was it amazing! There’s this new gal that works there… Tamara! and Ruben listen up, she is fantastic! We put our order in, we had drinks in our little hands, and minutes later our food was done! Complete turnaround, super excited to leave this review. Keep it up!… Please

This was hands down the worst taco bell I have ever been to. From the disgusting trash everywhere to the lacklustere mployees it should be closed. See the pics I provided. I will be reaching out to the department of health and Taco Bell. What a dump ..

This taco bell has gotten so cheap with value as price went up. I’ve never seen such a skimpy nacho. The menu changes Everytime I come here, once you like something, it’s gone. I wish they would maintain stability like other fast foods. The only good thing I can say is that they change their hours within the last year but it’s probably to rejuvenate all the other losses.

We were pretty surprised that you HAD to place your order either on the kiosk or through the app. Employees would not take orders. The women’s restroom was out of order. Had to use the men’s restroom and it was a mess! The dining room didn’t have any clean tables. The only saving grace was the food was the same as other Taco Bell’s.

Could not talk to a person. Very difficult to order as the menu overhead is different from kiosk. Almost every table was dirty. Could not get anyone to ask for help to clean a table. Food was horrible. I usually write good reviews, but this was beyond bad. You need a person up front to help and someone to clean tables. Men’s bathroom says it’s checked every 30 minutes , that is not true. I wanted to complain in person and change my order it was so bad but couldn’t get anyones attention. So here we are .

These employees are fun to watch while you are waiting for your order. They joke with each other and genuinely seem to get along. The food was made perfectly and the dining area appeared clean.

I would like to apologize. I called and a man by the name of Steven answered. I was upset because recently in the valley the had no burritos and I wanted to make sure this one did, i was also hangry. I ordered the $9 box, an empanada, and a Cantina burrito. When I got home, I realized they gave me the wrong order. I had to drive all the way back, which took about 45 minutes round trip.
When I got to the drive-thru and explained what happened, the employee just said, “Oh, you were the one with the wrong order,” and handed me the correct food—which had clearly been sitting there for the entire 45 minutes. No apology, no fresh food, just “things happen.”
Very disappointed in the customer service and how they handled the situation. Mistakes happen, but how you respond matters.
