Reviews
After completing our order and leaving, we realized our large drink (a lemonade) was missing. We returned immediately and arrived back at the restaurant around 10:40pm. At that time, the drive-thru window was already covered. I parked and went to the door, where I noticed a manager sitting inside on her phone. When I attempted to explain the situation thru the window, the manager initially responded with a blunt waving “no” and did not show any effort to assist.
After checking my receipt, an employee was eventually sent to the door, and I explained that our drink had been forgotten. We did receive the lemonade; however, the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and accountability especially from management was disappointing. Mistakes happen, but the way they are handled makes a difference. Unfortunately, due to the overall experience, I would not recommend this location.
I understand that things run out or situations happen, but good customer service is about how those moments are handled. There was no effort to offer a solution, an alternative, or even an apology that made the inconvenience feel acknowledged.
Sometimes in business, especially food service, it’s not just about the menu it’s about the experience. Even when something can’t be provided, customers should still feel valued. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.
The menu is a bit different than your traditional Chinese place, but only by a spice or veggie difference, which is also good, because you get to try your favorite but with a twist. The food is delicious and plenty of varieties. My only qualm is that there are not enough beef entries, most of them chicken, and even with shrimp, but only one or two include beef.
Nonetheless, this is a good clean place with great and delicious food. I ordered the orange chicken , hibiscus chicken and the black pepper ️ steak. We went with the Chow Mein noodles instead of rice . All in all very satisfied and can’t wait to visit them again.
PS: Sorry guys I just now realized that I didn’t take a photo of the food itself, I think because as we got into our vehicle, we started digging in, oops, this gives me an excuse to back again sooner than later. Oh, one more thing, you must try the new hot apple roll, so yummy like an egg roll but dessert of course.
It was ready for pick up and it was fresh and hot. Family was happy
We order a variety of bowls.
I ordered the plate.
Half White Rice
Half Chow Mein
Honey Walnut Shrimp
Honey Sesame Chicken Breast.
A little disappointed because it seems to me that there’s more rice and chow mein than the main dish.
