I ordered three different types of milkshakes. First order of a Medium Oreo Blast Milkshake with Caramel and Cookie Dough placed on top. Second order of a Small Vanilla shake. Third order of a Medium Strawberry Cheesecake Cream Cooler.
The only order that came out right was the Small Vanilla Milkshake.
Both the Oreo Blast and the Strawberry Cheesecake Cream Cooler was wrong.
They ended up mixing the Caramel and Cookie Dough into the Oreo Blast. And didn’t make the Strawberry Cheesecake Cream Cooler correctly the first time. They placed it in a regular styrofoam cup to hide the fact that they didn’t add the whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs. After telling them it wasn’t made correctly through the intercom, they ended up bringing it out in the correct cup with whipped cream, still no graham cracker crumbs. Upon asking the manager, I assume, where were the crumbs, she informed me that they ended up running out of the graham cracker crumbs. I then proceeded to ask her how come they didn’t tell me that when I placed my order, especially after two workers came to my vehicle within the 25 minutes I was there. She told me that she was in the kitchen and busy with car hopping so she didn’t know. None of that made any sense to me. So after she said that, I asked if I were able to get a refund, especially since they made the drink twice and still didn’t make it how it was depicted via the app. She said that if i ordered it online then I would have to contact customer support for a refund since it’s third party. After that, she then proceeded to call for backup through her walkie and walked away to speak with two other workers outside. She never returned to my vehicle and they all ended up walking back inside.

I’ve gone to this location at least 6 times prior to this experience and every time was good. Today was, in fact, not. And I surely won’t be returning due to the lack of proper and professional customer service or lack of communication.

The business hours need to be updated on Google Maps. This place closes at 11:43p on Tuesdays. I saw a customer drive up to one of the stations at 11:43p on Tuesday 12/2/25 and they attempted to place an order. An employee told them they were closed, then the staff turned off the outdoor lights. The customer then left the premises. It’s fine if a company wants to close early on certain days, but it should be clearly shown on their listed business hours. I had just come through the drive through myself right before then, so I’m fairly sure there wasn’t an emergency or anything that would cause an unexpected closure.

open till midnight but are never available to bring your food out and make you go through the drive through. Even with the mobile app no one comes out to bring you your order or has the courtesy to go on the speaker to tell you what’s going on. I had to go through the drive through and ask for my order, they said their mobile app was down but they knew what my order was and my shakes were melted due to waiting forever. I’ve always had issues with this location, during the day is no better. Take the extra time driving to a different location than waiting here for poor service.

I placed my order through the app — just a RT44 Dirty Dr Pepper for myself and a large Coke for my girlfriend. We waited in our stall for about 20 minutes, but no one ever came out with our drinks. After about 25 minutes, I decided to go through the drive-thru to try to pick them up. I waited another 5 minutes at the speaker with no response, so I ended up driving to the window instead. The employee there was rude, and overall, the service was extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this Sonic, especially during busy hours. (1:30pm when I was here)

This Sonic sucks took 20 mins for 2 DRINKS!!! Also the drive through girl was super rude. They need to be more time efficient and work on their customer service cause it is ridiculous. I understand that it can get busy over there but there should be no reason to be rude to customers.

I just had the most pleasant experience thanks to Antonio! He was so kind and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I really wanted to highlight how wonderful he was. Antonio is definitely a keeper—he truly deserves recognition (and a raise!). I hope he continues to share his amazing positive attitude with everyone he helps.

I now remember why I don’t go to this Sonic although I love some of the drinks. I ordered chicken tenders dinner, they were DARK brown bordering on burnt! Wish they would have cooked the tots longer. If I would have looked before pulling out I wouldn’t have accepted them! Unfortunately I was too tired to drive back. I did leave a tip, not that it was the young lady at the windows mess. Trying to post a picture but have to do something in my Google maps. it has been a few YEARS since my last experience, which was also terrible, it will be a long time before I go to this location again, if ever

Went through drive-thru everytime we come something is wrong, I always try to see if next time is better and never is.
The tots we got today all of the four we got were half way full, burger had a tiny 1 piece of bacon when we got the super sonic double cheeseburger and forgot the jalapeños. Seems like they rush and just don’t care about customers. Something happens every time, going to stop coming to this location.

literally open and nobody is talking through drive through or at window I’ve been here for 10 minutes honestly just go get a McFlurry from McDonald’s prolly more reliable than this sonic location from my experience and from what I hear
