Manager at the time was so invested in keeping her wait time numbers down that she was stacking people up on the other side of the building. Inevitably the orders started getting messed up and my simple order of just two cheeseburgers and a coffee, they couldn’t even get correct. The employees she had bring out the food were nice and polite, but I definitely can’t say the same of the manager.

Every once in a while I’ll get a good worker who knows how to read the cup and make a coffee the right size but most of the time anymore they hand me this small cup and say “this is a medium” when you can clearly read that it aint. Workers need to be trained better! If you can’t make a coffee I sure don’t expect food to be made right! ****update 8/17/25-they are still handing out small cups and saying it is a “large” the girl this morning said the manager said to hand it out like that. I doubt the manager is gonna say hand out a cup that says medium iced coffee not large.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this McDonald’s location. It took about 45 minutes to receive our food. My party was ignored at the register for several minutes, and communication from the staff was very poor throughout our visit. Additionally, the team refused to fulfill our mobile order without providing a clear explanation or assistance. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but the lack of communication and attentiveness made for a very frustrating experience. I hope management will address these issues to improve service for future customers.

Google states that McDonald’s is open 24 hours. When I arrived the lights were on and people were inside. Me and four other customers were waiting in the drive thru to order, but no one answered other than the automated message saying to wait. I finally drive up to the first window after almost 10 minutes of waiting to see someone sitting down, away from the register on her phone. She decides not get up until a minute later after I was staring at her to only tell me the place was closed. Apparently Google needs to be updated, since I don’t know if the place is actually closed or not. Unless the few people inside working night hours on 10/26/25 decided to be lazy and not actually do their job.

This place is the worst place I’ve ever been to. Made me wait 10 minutes in the drive thru with nobody in front of me just to ask me what I wanted , I then ordered and they said oops sorry our system doesn’t work and proceeded to stutter and seemed like they were on drugs and heard laughing in the background. The entire crew is one of the best I have ever seen. General Manager Bobo is absolutely amazing and prides herself in the hospitality that her staff delivers. The staff is like a well oiled machine with one of the fastest kitchen lines I have ever seen in my life. this is definitely one crew that you don’t wanna miss seeing, they will greet you with a smile and they will make sure that you feel very important.

Noon lunch, we ordered two big Mac combos and a ten piece nugget. They asked us to pull over to wait on it. There were 3 other cars waiting. NO other cars placing more orders. Waited 20 minutes. Order was wrong. Gave us 4 chicken strips instead of 10 nuggets. Burgers were cold. Other than lazy, can’t think of another reason for poor service at lunch.
