Literally went through the drive thru right now, asked for a big mac combo with extra cheese. They charged me extra for the cheese and then didn’t even add it to the burger. I had also asked for ranch and ketchup and they didn’t give me any. They made me wait for 10 minutes in the parking lot as well. This has happened twice already and it’s super annoying.
